This provides powerful insight into what specifically drives a person’s behavior, creating greater choice and more self-responsibility. Without this information, people assume their expectations and feelings are the same as everyone else’s and are often unable to figure out how to meet or satisfy their expectations. This prescriptive capability is one of The Birkman Method’s most powerful contributions.

It uses a common non-judgmental language defining individual differences.
