WHEN TO APPLY HOW TO APPLY

As needed, when skin is particularly irritated or sensitive. We also recommend using it as a base for make-up in order to ensure protection throughout the day.

Apply the product before make-up in the morning on cleansed skin until it is evenly distributed over affected areas. Use whenever skin shows signs of hypersensitivity.

PROTECTINGBIO SOLAR 50 + High Sun Screen SPF 50+

Main active ingredients: Phospholipid, Tocopheryl, Sunscreens encapsulated in Liposomes.

When to use: when total protection is required (summer or winter), in order to prevent and to avoid further deterioration of dark spots, for post-treatment after aesthetic procedures (peeling, tattoos, permanent make-up), to protect moles, for skin which is particularly photosensitive and to protect children’s skin.

COUNTERING WRINKLES

INDISPENSABLE ADVICE TO GIVE YOUR PATIENTS FOR WRINKLE PREVENTION

Recommend always using lukewarm water (neither too hot nor too cold) to wash the face in order to protect skin: remind patients to lightly massage the face using delicate circular

movements. Use fingers to carefully apply cleanser to face. Wash around the eyes and forehead too, using fingertips, so as to create a light and delicate foam.

Recommend patients always use a product which is free from preservatives, because over time these chemical substances can damage the skin.

Recommend drying the face by blotting with a warm, damp flannel without rubbing the skin with a towel as it could irritate and redden the skin.

Recommend patients quit smoking: heavy smokers have five times as many problems withpronounced wrinkles as non-smokers. In fact, smoking damages collagen; furthermore the

action of squinting your eyes and pursing your lips when smoking is directly correlated to the formation of wrinkles over time.

Recommend following a diet rich in antioxidants: when the skin absorbs UV rays, free radicals, which are volatile molecules, are produced; these free radicals can attach to DNA provoking mutations that lead to the formation of wrinkles. Antioxidants help protect the body from this:

one way of countering wrinkles is to follow a diet rich in antioxidants(pomegranates, acai berries, blueberries and green tea).
