The cornerstone of the Big Rock Group ofCompanies is Executive Affiliates, Inc., a national realestate investment and management company createdin the late 1960’s. Over the past forty years, ExecutiveAffiliateshas successfully managed more than 20,000multifamily units.
Prior to the formation of Executive CapitalCorporation, Executive Affiliates handled many of thecapital transactions. Executive Affiliates continues tobe a principal partner in many of the properties itmanages and has emerged over the last decade as asignificant company in the private sector of thenational real estate arena.

Executive Construction Services was created as part of the Big Rock Group of Companies to provide the construction services necessary for long-term ownership of improved properties. Additionally, ECS has taken on general contractor duties for The Big Rock Group. ECS has built new apartment projects in Atlanta, Georgia; Omaha, Nebraska; and Baton Rouge, Louisiana, valued at more than $80,000,000. Further development activities by ECS and The Big Rock Group are planned.
