The Big 6 is an information literacy curriculum, an information-solving process, and a set of skills which provide a strategy for effectively and efficiently meeting information needs (Eisenberg, et al, 2010)

The evaluation portion of the nursing care plan is completed after the student has taken care of the client. The evaluation section includes whether or not the nursing interventions were effective.
