I am VERY excited this is the 34th from Marie the first recipe ( Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe ( Recipesfrom Marie) )

If you have no idea who Marie is – go HERE – I found a vintage recipe box in a local antique store so Iam making and posting one her recipes weekly on Tuesday

Today is The Best Baked Chicken Ever Recipe

This is everything you need – if you want this recipe to gluten free – simply use gluten free flour ( use thesame measurements )

What is so unique about this recipe is that you melt the butter in a cookie sheet ( make sure that cookie sheetis clean ) then you can going to place the floured chicken onto the butter and bake

It really is that simple – you might notice that I am using two different type of salts – so I went with koshersalt ( if you ever wondered why I use kosher salt I will tell you the reason)

Kosher salt has larger crystals – meaning by volume they are less strong than ionized – simply put it is easierto control the salt level with kosher salt ( I have been known to over salt a dish …. so I tend to tread carefully

when adding salt now)

This recipe is enough for 4 for dinner

Ingredients

1 pound of chicken breast cut into tenders

6 Tablespoons of Butter

2 tsp of Paprika

Pinch of Pepper

1 tablespoon of seasoned salt

Other recipes you'll love:

1 Cup of Flour

¼ tsp of salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 - place 5 Tablespoons of butter onto a cookie sheet and place into

the oven

�.

Let it completely melt�.

While the butter is melted�.

In a bowl melt the last 1 tablespoon of butter�.

In a gallon size bag - mix flour, salt, pepper, seasoned salt, and paprika�.

Place each tender into the melted butter in a bowl then place in the gallon bag�.

Place the tenders onto the melted butter cookie sheet�.

Bake for 10 minutes�.

Flip and bake for another 10�.

Enjoy!��.

Made this last night for dinner, and everyone LOVED it! It look me a little longer to bake as I had thickpieces of chicken breast, but it still turned out great! Thanks for sharing.

probably all the melted butter in the pan. i make this a lot, dipped in butter then coated with the

same flour and seasoning mix, but i don’t butter the pan. turns out crispy every time.

awesome recipe thank you!! I have made this several times now, one thing I have started doing is usingchef shamy garlic basil butter for the 1 tablespoon of butter to dip the chicken in!

I just tried it last night, I m not good in baking chicken but, wow it really came out good. I wasn’texpecting it as good. It was juicy and it tastes real good my kids liked it too. Only thing I noticed,itwasn’t as crispy or it suppose not to be crispy? I cooked it for longer time though. I will definetly bemaking it more often,my kids like chicken and it is better than fast food fried chickens.

Making this now and I hope it tastes ok. I melted the butter as instructed, but it looks like it burned. I’mreally hoping it doesn’t taste burned. I think the directions should be more detailed. Maybe I put thebutter on the sheet for too long, but the directions don’t specify an elapsed time for that. It is notcrisping, but I think there may have been too much butter. I can handle that if it tastes good! Hm,unsure of the out come. Hoping it’s not a Pinterest fail
