Setting Up

Turn on the power to the equipment rack– switch on the double power socket located

under the bench to the right of the ringing chamber door

Setting Up

Switch on the TV set– press the round

black button– check that the

red light comes on

Set up the TV channel– press the ‘TV’ button on the remote control– check that the TV displays a blue screen

Open the VCR front panel cover (pull forward with finger)

Switch the VCR on

Select Auxiliary Input 2...Press ‘TV PROGRAM’ V

Lighting

• Switch on the bell chamber lights– If the bell chamber light switch has been

left ON you will be able to switch the main floodlight on from the landing outside the ringing chamber

• Plug in the additional ‘slider light’– This is the orange plug in the right hand

cupboard

Changing the View

• Use the switch on top of the VCR to change views between the bell and the stay

Fault Finding

• If picture seems reversed out…switch the camera off and on again

• If picture doesn’t appear…make sure the Handling Camera is disconnected from the VCR
