Bishara A. Bahbah is a Certified Invest-ment Management Analyst, a Certified Wealth Strategist, an estate-planning consultant, an international wealth specialist, senior portfolio manager, and a wealth advisor. He holds a Ph.D. and an MA from Harvard University where he also taught at the Kennedy School of Government. He is the author of a highly acclaimed book entitled “Wealth Management in Any Market – Time-less Strategies for Building Financial Security.” The book was published in March 2009 by John Wiley & Sons. Bishara has been a guest columnist for The Arizona Republic since 2001. He has published over 100 articles in renowned publications and individual chapters in several books. He has appeared on both national and international broadcast

media, including CNN, Fox News, CBC, Voice of America, and Pacifica Radio Network. He is a member of the board of advisors of the Certified Wealth Strate-gist certification program.

Bishara is a frequent guest speaker at numerous investment and wealth management seminars hosted by lead-ing industry organizations such as the Investment Management Consultants’ Association (IMCA), Cannon Financial Institute, and educational events hosted by Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.

Bishara graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brigham Young University and a Valedictorian nominee. He then earned both his Master’s and Doctorate degrees from Harvard University in a record four-year period. When Bishara is not reading, researching, writing, or taking care of his clients, he is spending time with his lovely wife Sibel, and his four great yet highly demanding children – Leila, As’ad, Jubran, and Remzi.

As’ad V. Bahbah is a financial advi-sor, who joined The Bahbah Group at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in 2010. He holds a Series 7 license, Series 66 license, Managed Futures license, along with his life, health and accident in-surance licenses. Prior to joining The Bahbah Group at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, he attended the University of Arizona, where he received his degree in marketing, Cum Laude. While at the University of Arizona, he took a variety of finance, economic and accounting courses in addition to his marketing major courses. When As’ad is not reading, researching, or taking care of clients, he enjoys watching and participating in sports as well as traveling.

Debra StoneFinancial Advisor

Debra is proud to be associated with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney one of the world leaders in Wealth Management. She graduated from the University of Houston in 1978 where she obtained her B.B.A. in accounting and shortly thereafter her C.P.A. license. As Chief Financial Officer, Cash and Financial Risk Management Officer, C.P.A., Joint Venture Drilling Fund Tax Manager and Managing Real Estate Broker, she enjoyed the opportunity to help find and create successful financial strate-gies for Fortune 500 companies, small business owners and individuals alike. Her former employers include Arthur Andersen and Co, C.P.A.’s, Chase Manhat-tan Bank, Allegro Petroleum, Title USA (US Life Title) and Reology (Coldwell Banker). During her financial career

she has traveled to all 50 states and internationally providing consulting and advice to various clients.

As a financial advisor, the same passion for financial strategies is with Debra today. She believes that education and knowledge pave the path to understanding and she holds two Master’s Degrees in Education including Adult Education. She currently serves as adjunct faculty in accounting at Scottsdale Community College. Debra has a gift for making abstract financial concepts simple and easy to understand. Making complex financial subjects easy to understand helps clients to clearly identify and implement a financial path to meet their goals. Debra holds the Series 7, Series 66 and Managed Futures licenses as well as a general life and health insurance license. She is also an active member of the Arizona Society of C.P.A.’s.

to better serve the team’s clients by capitalizing on the team’s expertise in its comprehensive approach to wealth management and not just in providing financial and investment advice.

A fourth generation Arizona na-tive, Scottsdale, Arizona has been her hometown since 1960. Debra enjoys travelling the State of Arizona enjoying both the history and fabulous scenery and spending time with her children, Kayce, 14, and Matthew, 28.
