The Association of Alumni of Dayalbagh
Educational Institutions (Regd.)
Inspired by the August Leaders of Dayalbagh,
The Association of Alumni of Dayalbagh Educational Institutions (Regd.)
(AADEIs)
was formed on 17th December, 2005
with a mission to
“Work for the dissemination in the academic
Community at large, of value system of
Dayalbagh Educational Institutions, specially the ideals of
Service to Mankind and of
Fatherhood of God and Brotherhood of Man”
In keeping with the lofty ideals cherished by the educational institutions of
Dayalbagh, which are to prepare the students to meet the exigencies of life
through value-based education of high quality, leading to the development of a
Complete Man, the aims and objectives of the Association include:
• To extend support to Dayalbagh educational institutions in achieving
academic and teaching excellence.
• To provide infrastructure to these educational institutions.
• To support collaborative and inter disciplinary research.
• To empower marginalized sections, backward and tribal societies
through Distance Education Programmes.
• To enable women/girls obtain jobs through vocational courses.
The Alumni community comprises of a blend of achievers, pioneers,
entrepreneurs and leaders from every field upholding the ideals of Fatherhood of
God and Brotherhood of Man. Since its inception, its achievements are a
significant indicator of the success that the Association has achieved.

DEI - ALUMNI PLACEMENT
ASSISTANCE CELL
(APAC)
The Alumni Placement Assistance Cell (APAC) of AADEIs was formed on 3rd February,
2003 (Basant Day) and continues to conduct its training and placement programmes
such as job fairs for students, alumni and other unemployed youth with commendable
vigour. It is also coordinating with the industry in launching the DEI’s innovative Co-op.
programme.
It has organised short courses on spoken English, IT Skills / MS Office, Tally ERP and
soft skills.

ALUMNI MEET TO BE HELD AT DELHI
IN COLLABORATION WITH DEI
The alumni meet proposed to be held on 21st November, 2017, at Soami Nagar, New Delhi, whereall alumni of DEI are invited and recent initiatives of DEI towards becoming one of the leadingUniversities of the world be shared with them. Many alumni (other than those already associatedwith AADEIs) have indicated their interest to contribute professionally in the development andimprovement of their alma matter, the DEI Deemed University. The Association is not looking forfinancial contributions from such Alumni, but the Association would welcome their professional /vocational contribution and expertise. This meet can assist in the following ways:
• To provide support to efforts of DEI in getting companies to visit DEI campus.• To counsel students on employment / entrepreneurial potential in new sectors.• To help DEI in build its brand across India and abroad.• To identify experts who can assist DEI in developing new courses (to be run by DEI)
and suggesting curriculum changes that would help develop competencies required for new & sunrise sectors.
• To assist DEI in developing Industry– Institute partnerships.
