grades 1-12 with design competitions in four grade

level categories:

v  Honor our local “Heroes” for their contributions, accomplishments, and worthiness as role models

v  Provide lasting visual legacy to uplift, educate and inspire – especially our youth.

v  Open more opportunities for African American artists for commissions and recognition

v  Enhance the brand of The Links, Incorporated

Program guidelines are flexible and easy to follow:

v  Invite local artists to participate by creating portraits of one or more Heroes in two or three dimensions
