INTRODUCING

FAST FLOWBreakthrough Drainage Technology

Who We Are

We believe that drainage is as

much an art as it is a science.

Our artful development and

application of siphonic and

pressurised drainage technology

are testament to that belief.

Accomplishments 05

Siphonic rainwater system had existed since 1968, but Asia was slow to

develop it. However, in 1994 the first project in Singapore was

implemented. Based on the success of this project, the potential was

established and by 1996, Fast Flow in Singapore was firmly entrenched.

To date Fast Flow has completed over 2000 projects with more than

30.000.000 square meters of roof area drained in South East Asia and

China. It has over 214 workers, from managers to designers and

installers who are skilled in the siphonic management of rainwater.

Fast Flow Siphonic makes use of lesser and smaller pipes compared to

conventional rainwater drainage system. Our company is organized to

encourage the strong technical process, to cross-pollinate ideas and

talents across offices and deliver quality at all levels, in all places. Our

passionate pursuit of excellence, the application of our creativity to solve

our clients' challenges, our technical expertise and our collaborative spirit

are measures of our success.

Over 18 years, as we have evolved into a leader in roof drainage systems

today, opening offices worldwide and expanding our services, we have

remained committed to one clear purpose:

“Seek and imagine new ways to solve tomorrow’s drainage

challenges.”

Design & Supply Material (DSM)

Fast Flow undertakes the full design including

concept and detail as well as design and detail

coordination. All drawings are completed as part of

the service and all siphonic outlets are provided

along with a complete set of installation techniques

and guidelines for the plumbers/ installers/

contractors appointed for the projects to do the

installation.

As part of service, we provide our own supply chain

and produce our own pipe system. Fast Flow

psPipe™ LEAD-FREE UPVC pressure pipes

system is a materialization of our commitment as a

responsible company that is not only providing

leadership in innovative rainwater management

technologies, but also leading the market trend

towards a better and healthier environment.

Rainwater systems are often used to collect

water for recycling and Fast Flow’s LEAD-FREE

psPipe™ and psFittings™ now provide a safer

way to do this.

Whatever your situation, whatever your project, Fast Flow has a design and service

solution to assist you.

Competitive Advantages

of Fast Flow

Here in Fast Flow, we encourage the combined usage of different types

of outlets/systems as one of the main selling points of Fast Flow

Systems. Fast Flow’s Pressurised System can be engineered with

precise calculation using different pipe configurations, making it easy for

coordination with other services in tight spaces. Our Siphonic System is

designed based on the principle of full bore flow. Fast Flow Siphonic

System combines creative design with precision hydraulic

engineering to provide innovative solutions to any roof drainage

requirement.

Smaller pipes also indicates less material, less time and less labor

used for the buildings. The reduction in material use signifies less

energy used in generating lesser amount of material required,

reducing the total carbon footprint for the building.

With Fast Flow, clients are able to

enjoy the array of benefits that can

be achieved with siphonic system.

This includes rainwater pipes

travelling long distance without any

gradient to the pipe work, sizes

and number rainwater pipes

significantly reduced, water depth

in the gutters significantly lowered

to allow precise engineering and

many more.

Fast Flow is committed to continuous

R&D with scientific consistency and

rigour to sustain our product innovation,

system integration, breakthrough in

design technology leadership in almost

all the market we participate. Fast Flow

has developed patented technologies in

the pursuit of rainwater management.

We have a complete test rig in Singapore

for our research and development team who

are continuously at the forefront to create

innovative drainage solution to suit the

increasingly sophisticated architecture in

buildings. All Fast Flow systems are fully

tested and validated by the relevant

authorities and governing bodies namely,

SIRIM QAS, TÜV SÜD PSB, BizSafe4 and

last but not least, we have helped

developers achieve the Green Mark award

on certain projects.
