• people who move from place to place. They have no fixed home.
Bedouins
• Arabian Nomads• Very skilled at warfare and very independent.
Sedentary Life
• People who lived in an oasis town or trade center.
Tribal Culture
• Both nomadic and sedentary Arabs were organized into tribes. Their loyalty was to the tribe and family, not to rulers.
