12 How does IQAC Contribute/Monitor/Evaluate the Teaching & Learning processes :

College has an Academic Dean who monitors the academic progress with the help of

departmental committees. There is an interdepartmental audit twice in a year.

External audit which has expert faculty from other institutions performs audit once

in a year. It gives suggestions to faculty for further improvement in their

performance.

Academic Dean holds meeting with Students three to four times in one semester,

interacts with them and the inputs which are received from the students helps the

Dean to know about the actual status of the teaching going on in the classes and also

how far the students are grasping.

The students are members of the IQAC cell and Student Charter meetings are also

regularly held. This helps to find out about the teaching learning process from the

students

There are regular meetings of Head of the Department with the faculty members

which resolve the issues regarding teaching and learning.
