The Muslim leaders treated other religions unfairly because they told non-Muslims to pay more money.

The Ottoman Empire became powerful by battling different countries.

The Safavid Empire had a mix of Persians and Muslims. The Safavid Empire was also very rich because they traded and had very good items!
