The Alleluia! Golf Outing Sunday, June 14th @ Tamarack
Please join us on Sunday, June 14th at Tamarack Golf Course. The cost is $95 per
player and includes golf, cart, prizes, awards, and dinner. 1:30pm start. Registration is now open on the Alleluia! website. If you can only
make it for dinner, please join us for $30.
VBS Donations and Set Building
Check out the Everest Donation Board in Gathering Area & help us make it to the top!
Select an item to donate or loan to us and bring it back with the slip attached. Help build the set for VBS. Contact April Blair at [email protected] to
volunteer. Most set up will be done the weekends of June 6/7 and 13/14. There are some projects that can be completed ahead of time and/or done from home.
KidsConnect Summer
Beginning the weekend of June 6/7, we will switch to our summer format. Children will begin in Worship for all services and be dismissed with KidsConnect staff and volunteers after the first two songs or Children’s Chat.
KidsConnect will meet in the Community Room (next to Community Life Center). Parents can pick up there after worship.

Taste of Alleluia! on Sunday, August 16th
We’ll begin with outdoor worship at 10:15am, followed
by food and activities for all ages from 11:15-1:00pm!
We host this yearly event to give our community a
“taste” of what Alleluia! is like, so please invite others to come
and “taste & see” our community of faith. All are welcome!

SUMMER WORSHIP June means the beginning of our summer worship schedule is in full swing. We have three worship services every weekend:
Saturday @ 5 p.m. – Contemporary Sunday @ 9 a.m. – Traditional Sunday @ 10:15 a.m. – Contemporary
My heartfelt prayer is that we make worship a priority in our lives this summer.
NEW SERMON SERIES: “A Text from Paul” This series will look at 5 of Paul’s letters during the 1st century to Christian communities of faith. Some encourage, some correct, some inspire, and some caution. Paul’s letters have articulated the Christian faith for generations, not-to-mention were the foundation for launching the Protestant Reformation. Although these letters were each written into a specific context and community, they still speak to all believers today! What are Paul’s letters saying to you?

The students and leaders at American Martial Arts Academy (AMAA) Learning Center, who hold some of their classes at Alleluia!, in coordination with our missions program, presented Loaves & Fishes with a $1,000 check.
In recognition of the New Year, the AMAA students held a fund-raising event during which they broke boards and talked about breaking bad habits and creating good ones. When they approached us about how best to use the funds to benefit the community we suggested one of our local mission partners, Loaves and Fishes, as a great recipient.

Compassion Weekend Results 16 children newly sponsored!
$910 raised for the Gift of Blessing and Encouragement which will be used to purchase needed items for one of our Compassion sites in Peru as well as gifts of encouragement for the site volunteers.

RUN WITH A MISSION—5K Fun Run for Alleluia! Missions Saturday, September 26, 2015 8:00am—Run/Walk begins (Check in at 7:30am)
Enjoy a fun 5K run/walk with family and friends while benefitting Alleluia! Mission partners in the process. The run/walk will take place in the neighborhoods surrounding Alleluia! The participation fee is $25. Registration for the run/walk opens in July.

Some of our musical ensembles take a little time off during the summer from meeting at a scheduled time, but God doesn’t take any “time off!”
Some of our vocal ensembles might go on some vacations this summer, but God won’t be taking a vacation “from us!”

Summer can be a time for relaxation, but, we’re getting READY to serve God with our musical gifts EVERY single week!
The Adult Discipleship Ministry
A BIG thank you to Alleluia’s Adult Discipleship Leaders for helping
to enable all to Come, Connect, and Commit to Jesus this past year!
Your hard work and dedication has helped countless individuals to continue
on the path to stronger relationships with one another and with Christ.
Adult Discipleship is winding down as it always does this time of year. I wish
you all a safe and peaceful summer, and look forward to working with you again closer to fall.
In addition, the Adult Discipleship ministry always welcomes new leaders as well as new members!
If you are considering running a group of your own in the fall, please contact me now so we can start to
talk about what that might look like. There will be a training in the fall for leaders old and new, as well
as those on the fence, so keep your eyes open for the date as it gets closer. Happy Summer!

All Summer Month Sign-Ups are currently online. Once you know your summer plans, you are encouraged to sign up. What a blessing it would be if all of you could serve at some point this summer!
We hope to see all of those that attend the 11:30am worship during the school year, to join us for the 5pm, 9am or 10:15am worship service this summer. You are welcome to volunteer as well!
Please prayerfully consider serving. Hospitality areas are great opportunities to serve as a family! You can sign up for specific dates you will be there for the Lector or Hospitality spots. Communion Serving and Ushering are
scheduled by the month, but we can get coverage for you if you need to be gone.

Seeking Volunteers in the A/V Booth!
We often need extra hands (and ears) to man the sound board during services or other events.
Interested in learning more about this opportunity? Why not give it a try and see if this might be a good
way for you to offer some of your time to your church. Training will be provided. Please contact
Ryan Russell at [email protected] if you are interested.
Want a great way to serve WHILE you attend worship? We are in need of a person (or persons) to run the PowerPoint presentations at our Saturday, 5pm services. Services are already put together;
we need someone to flip thru the slides during the services. Please prayerfully consider if this would be
