(a) designates the land legally described in the Appendix as a provincial park; and
(b) declares that the provincial park is to be known as Antelope Hill Provincial Park.

ANTELOPE HILL PROVINCIAL PARK
All those parcels or tracts of land, situate, lying and being in the thirty-second (32) township, in the fourteenth (14) range, west of the fourth (4) meridian, in the Province of Alberta, Canada, and being composed of:
Section nine (9) and the north half of section four (4) of the said township.
SAVING AND EXCEPTING:
1. Seven hundred ninety-three thousandths (0.793) of a hectare (1.96 acres), more or less, required for a surveyed roadway, as shown upon a plan of survey of record in the Land Titles Office at Calgary for the South Alberta Land Registration District as No. 775BM.
2. Three hundred twelve thousandths (0.312) of a hectare (0.77 acres), more or less, required for a surveyed roadway, as shown upon a plan of survey of record in the said Land Titles Office as No. 981BM.
3. Seven hundred fifty-nine thousandths (0.759) of a hectare (1.87 acres), more or less, required for a surveyed roadway, as shown upon a plan of survey of record in the said Land Titles Office as No. 0013160.
4. Seven hundred ninety-one thousandths (0.791) of a hectare (1.95 acres), more or less, required for a surveyed roadway, as shown upon a plan of survey of record in the said Land Titles Office as No. 8510687.
5. Three and six hundred nineteen thousandths (3.619) hectares (8.94 acres), more or less, required for a subdivision, as shown upon a plan of survey of record in the said Land Titles Office as No. 9111044.

6. Three and two hundred twenty-two thousandths (3.222) hectares (7.96 acres), more or less, required for a subdivision, as shown upon a plan of survey of record in the said Land Titles Office as No. 9112070.
7. One and one hundred forty-six thousandths (1.146) hectares (2.83 acres) more or less, required for a surveyed roadway, as shown upon a plan of survey of record in the said Land Titles Office as No. 9112465.
8. One and sixty-two hundredths (1.62) hectares (4.00) acres more or less, out of the north east quarter of the said section nine (9), being described as follows: the northerly five hundred twenty-eight (528) feet of the westerly three hundred thirty (330) feet of the said quarter section.
The lands herein described contain three hundred seventy-six and seven hundred twenty-seven thousandths (376.727) hectares (930.91 acres), more or less.
