OUR COOKING WORKSHOPS Watch and learn how to cook like a Chef

Hosted by Alain Llorca’s team or his brother Jean-Michel Llorca

(subject to their availability) the course take place in the starred

restaurant kitchens.

Reservation is required.

MORNINGS :

🔶 9:30 : Arrival with a welcome-coffee and viennoiseries

🔶 9:45 : To the kitchen : put on your apron and start

cooking

🔶 11:30 : End of the session

🔶 12:30 : You are invited to our restaurant to enjoy your

lunch which consists of the dishes you have prepared

Please, take with you the leaflet containing the

executed recipes

AFTERNOONS :

🔶 16:00 : Arrival with welcome-coffee, viennoiseries and

pastries

🔶 16:15 : To the kitchen : put your apron on and start

cooking

🔶 18:00 : End of the session

🔶 20:00 : You are invited to our restaurant to enjoy your

dinner which consists of the dishes you have prepared
