As CEO of PakSense, an innovative developer of high tech environmental intelligent sensing solutions, David implemented a long-term executable growth strategy, formed a result-oriented management team, grew revenues over 800% and developed and marketed several new products positioning the company for exponential growth and a successful liquidity event for shareholders. While Chairman and CEO of Sunrise Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded provider of lasers and related products, David helped the struggling company avert bankruptcy, raise $25 million

in private equity, refocus and reposition the product lines in the U.S., Asia, and Europe. His leadership turned the company around and increased shareholder value from $.34 to $20 per share. David had a nine-year career with Advanced Polymer Systems as CFO and COO. APS was a publicly traded provider of a polymer-based delivery system of active ingredients. As CFO, David directed a successful Initial Public Offering, raising $15 million, and built an innovative, specialized polymer-manufacturing plant. David negotiated over 50 agreements including joint ventures, licensing, research and development, and supply with international companies such as Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Scott Paper, Dow Corning, Mobil Chemical, Wm. Wrigley Co., and Bausch & Lomb Oral Care. David grew up in Idaho and graduated from Boise State University with a B.B.A. Degree in Accounting. He received his Certified Public Accounting Certificate from the State of Idaho. He is past chair and currently the Treasurer of the board of the Idaho Food Bank. He also serves on the Board of Advisers for the Idaho Technology Council.

Executive Profile – Kevin Storms

Kevin Storm’s career includes 30 years of consumer goods, food processing and business-to-business experience. Kevin’s senior roles have encompassed full accountability for business unit leadership and financial performance across three continents and 10 manufacturing plants. Kevin served 11 years with the J.R. Simplot Company, a $6 billion privately‐held food processor, marketer and agribusiness. His domestic roles included Divisional VP & GM, Group Senior VP & GM, and Group President of a $1 billion+ business unit. Kevin was most recently Corporate Senior VP of International Business Development, with responsibilities for $200 million+ subsidiaries and joint ventures in China, India, Southeast Asia, Europe and Latin America. Kevin developed new joint ventures, alliances, acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and plant expansions across disparate geographies and cultures. He served on joint venture boards in China, India, Mexico and the U.S., for which sales ranged from $10 to $120 million. Prior to joining Simplot, Kevin

was Executive Vice President and COO of the Case Swayne Company, a private equity-owned processor and marketer of products for the Quick Serve Restaurant industry. Kevin also spent 15 years with the H.J. Heinz Company in Pittsburgh, Cincinnati and Boise in a progression of consumer and business-to-business marketing and general management roles. He led the Heinz Ore‐Ida Foodservice Division for four years until its sale in1997. Kevin began his business career in consumer marketing with the Procter & Gamble Company following four years of service as an officer in the U.S. Army. Kevin holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in economics from Arizona State University. Kevin has also served on several public service boards. He recently completed his ninth year on the board of the Idaho Foodbank.

Mike Skinner, a Principal at The Advisory Group (TAG), is an accomplished strategic executive with a diverse background leading consumer products and retail service companies through key stages of their history, including early stage, emerging growth, strategic acquisition integration and IPO. Prior to joining TAG, he served as President of Coinstar (Outerwall, Inc. [OUTR]). During his ten years with Outerwall revenues grew from approximately $300 million to over $2 billion. After leading the Outerwall’s E-Payment Services and Entertainment operating units Mike was promoted to President of Coinstar in 2009. During

his 5 years in this role Coinstar achieved record revenues, added key new products, expanded its retailer footprint to over 20,000 locations, adding TD Bank Canada and regaining distribution at Safeway. Prior to joining Coinstar, Skinner was Director, Client Services, Crestwood Associates, managing business development activities for new clients including the California State Lottery, Microsoft, Paccar, Coinstar and Oh Boy! Oberto. Previously he was founder of Elkhorn Consulting providing business development and interim executive services to emerging growth companies including Coinstar, Impli Media, DailyShopper.com, Flexcar (now ZipCar), FastVoice, and Carttronics. His early career roles included sales and marketing positions with PIA Merchandising, Inc. (1996 IPO), WinterBrook Beverage Group, National Beverage (1991 IPO), and Carnation Company. Mike is currently serving as a Board Member to Prosperity Organic Foods and Crista Ministries and sits on the ITC Research, Development and Commercialization committee. Skinner is an Idaho native, born in Twin Falls and raised in Caldwell and earned a BS Business Administration from Oregon State University.
