is for the Light that is given off from all of the fires.

is for Mechanical dog who kept trying to kill Montag

is for Natural This is what many people thought their lives were.

is for Phoenix: a mystical bird who rose from fire.

is for questions the story was asking.

is for the Remorse that Montag had after he killed Beatty

is for Salamander: a creature thought to survive in fire.

is for think: many people were not allowed to think at all.

is for the Understanding that Montag was given at the end

is for the verses in the bible that Montag read on the subway.

is for White Clown: a pointless show that Mildred liked

is for Xenophobe, which is what people were acting like when they saw Montag.

is for the way Montag Yearned for a normal life.

is for the zealous feeling that Montag had of reading books.
