Course enrollment is limited. Maximum capacity for APEx Courses is 24 participants. Assignments are made in the order in which complete registrations are received. Course agendas and faculty are subject to change.
CONFIRMATIONCourse registration confirmations will be sent via email. Please confirm your email address on file is up to date when registering. Do not make travel arrangements until you receive confirmation that you are enrolled in the course. You will receive confirmation within five business days.
COURSE TRANSFERSYou may switch courses within the same course year, space permitting, by notifying AANA in writing at least four weeks prior to the course. A $200 transfer fee will apply.
CANCELLATIONRequests for refunds must be submitted to the AANA o�ce in writing at least four weeks prior to the start of the course. Refunds will not be issued for requests received less than four weeks before the start of the course. A $500 cancellation fee will apply.
AANA reserves the right to cancel thirty (30) days prior to a course. Any person who has registered for a cancelled course will be notified and registration fees will be fully refunded. Other costs incurred by the registrant, such as airline or hotel penalties are the registrant’s responsibility.
WAIVER & DISCLAIMERPrior to participating in any hands-on cadaver lab courses registrants will be required to sign a waiver of liability on site.
The Arthroscopy Association of North America may use, for publicity or promotional purpose, the name or pictures of any participant without liability or obligation to that participant.
