WelcomeThank you for joining us in Pebble Beach, California, for the Tax Executives Workshop. Over the next few days, you will have the opportunity to hear about global and US tax reform and legislative initiatives, as well as a number of technical tax updates on current topics. In addition you will be able to network with your peers and hear from an esteemed CFO panel.
Our staff will be available to assist you throughout the program and will be available outside of the St. Andrews room on Monday and Tuesday if you have any questions.

Logistical information
RegistrationOn Sunday, a registration table will be located outside the Royal Troon room beginning at 6:00 p.m. and will remain open throughout the evening. You will receive a name badge, so please wear it to the evening reception and for the duration of the meeting. In addition, we will have representatives from Maui Jim sunglasses on site to provide you with your choice of custom-fit sunglasses.
SessionsOur business sessions will start promptly at 7:45 a.m. on Monday and at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday in the St. Andrews Ballroom. A complete agenda is included in this booklet. Your participation in these sessions entitles you to CPE credits. Sign-up sheets will be located in the back of the meeting room each day; please sign the sheet to receive your credits.
Recreational activitiesYour activity times will be shown on a card included in your gift bag. On Monday, golfers will be going directly from the workshop to the driving range via the Resort Shuttle that departs on the half hour; there is also a supplemental shuttle departing on the quarter hour. A coaching and warm-up session with Pebble Beach Academy Pros has been arranged exclusively for our guest at Collins Field beginning at 11:15 a.m. and continuing until 2:00 p.m.
A boxed lunch will be provided at the Pebble Beach golf course. Guest participating in activities other than golf may enjoy lunch in any of the resort dining rooms and simply charge to their room.

ReceptionsOn Sunday evening we will have a welcome reception in the Royal Troon room from 6:00 p.m.– 9:00 p.m. Following golf on Monday (approximately 6:30 p.m.), we will begin to gather at The Beach Club near the 17th hole for a reception and dinner. The Resort Shuttle provides transportation to The Beach Club every half hour, and we will provide transportation back to The Inn at Spanish Bay following dinner. Your guest is also invited to attend both evening receptions.
