1200A Portable Miniature I-Line Panel REV01HPS The 1200A portable power distribution panels Series “HP” are packaged in NEMA 3R enclosure listed and certified by UL under UL1640 Portable Power Distribution Panel. CSA Standard for safety for Industrial Control Equipment, CAN/CSA C22.2 No.14 (Canada) tested by ETL. These panels are equipped with a Square-D OEM 45” interior rated for 600A 3Ø-5W 600VAC. The construction of the enclosure is 0.090” aluminum with a powder coated RAL7035 finish. The wall mount style enclosure is mounted on a stainless steel cage that provides a 360 degree overall protection from falling objects up to 15lbs at 25ft. 1200A I-Line with 8x sets of 400A Camlok Female output. GENERAL: File E350898, Vol. 1, Sec. 1, USL - Portable Power Distribution Panels Series HP, HL and HB. These portable power distribution panels are constructed in accordance with the requirements found in UL 1640 and additional requirements specified on this Volume; intended to be used in concerts, festivals and similar events in accordance with Article 525 of the NEC TECHNICAL CONSIDERATIONS (NOT FOR FIELD REPRESENTATIVE’S USE): Products designated USL have been investigated using requirements contained in UL 1640, the Standard for Portable Power Distribution Equipment. The Hipower product “HP series”, Portable Power Distribution panels intended for outdoor use, in non-hazardous locations such as carnivals, fairs, festivals, concerts and similar locations in accordance with Article 525 of the NEC are also intended to be used in temporary installations at construction sites in accordance with Article 590 of the NEC. Installations of the products are to be in accordance with the National Electrical Code, NFPA70 (NEC) and the Canadian Electrical Code, Part I.

ELECTRICAL RATINGS: 1200 A max (15 A through 1200 A), 600 VAC max.

UL LISTED AND/OR CSA LABEL: Each panel is tagged with a serialized UL certified label starting with the letter “A” followed by a set of five numeric characters. This assembly number is recorded under the HIPOWER final product serial number.

ENCLOSURE RATING: NEMA enclosure standards represent an enclosure's ability to protect against the external environment. The following represent brief summaries of the NEMA standard. For the official standard, contact NEMA directly. Type 1 Intended for indoor use primarily to provide a degree of protection against (hand) contact with the enclosed equipment. Sometimes known as a "finger-tight" enclosure. This is the least costly enclosure, but is suitable only for clean, dry environments. Type 2 Intended for indoor use primarily to provide a degree of protection against limited amounts of falling dirt and water. Type 3 Intended for outdoor use primarily to provide a degree of protection against windblown dust, rain, and sleet; undamaged by ice, which forms on the enclosure. Type 3R Intended for outdoor use primarily to provide a degree of protection against falling rain and sleet; undamaged by ice which forms on the enclosure. This is the most common outdoors enclosure. Type 4 Intended for indoor or outdoor use primarily to provide a degree of protection against windblown dust and rain, splashing water, and hose directed water; undamaged by ice which forms on the enclosure. Type 4X Intended for indoor or outdoor use primarily to provide a degree of protection against corrosion, windblown dust and rain, splashing water, and hose directed water; undamaged by ice which forms on the enclosure. This is the most common enclosure in "food" environments. Commonly made from stainless steel (expensive) or fiberglass (cheap). Type 6 Intended for use indoors or outdoors which occasional temporary submersion is encountered,

Type 6P Intended for use indoors or outdoors which occasional prolonged submersion is encountered; Corrosion protection. This type is recommended when extensive wash downs are performed. Type 12 Intended for use indoors to provide a degree of protection against dust, falling dirt, and dripping noncorrosive liquids. This is the most common type enclosure used in normal factory environments. Type 13 Intended for use indoors to provide a degree of protection against dust, and the spraying of water, oil, and noncorrosive coolant.
