1. Naming Opportunities a. Naming opportunities shown are

based on availability and are subject to change.

b. All naming is subject to the final approval of the UCLA Chancellor and such approval is conditioned upon the complete fulfillment of the stated pledge.

c. Naming opportunities will exist only for the duration of the useful life of the Ostin Basketball Center.

d. Naming opportunity pledge of $250,000 is payable over five years.

e. Donors are eligible to purchase multiple naming opportunities.

f. To be eligible for naming, pledge must be paid IN FULL within five years of initial pledge date.

2. Locker Naming Opportunities a. ONLY UCLA Basketball varsity

letter winners are eligible to name a locker.

b. Naming locker pledge of $2,500 per locker is payable over five years.

c. Locker number assignment will coincide with jersey number while at UCLA, there will be multiple names on each locker.
