Step 1: Clean your faceBefore beginning to

apply any makeup, clean your face first. Use any facial cleanser of your choice and gently wash your face. Then pat your face dry with a face towel.

Step 2: MoisturizeAfter you clean your

face, get a small amount of moisturizer of your choice rub it all over your face. The moisturizer prevents your face from getting dry with the makeup on and it makes it last longer.

Step 3: FoundationTake your foundation sponge or

brush and with a foundation of your choice place little daps on your face and evenly spread it all over. Make sure to also blend it into your neck. Do not forget your under eyes. A nice tip if you are using a foundation sponge is, dap the sponge in some water before applying foundation. It will thin it out, for an even finish.

Step 4: PowderTo create a flawless finish

and make your foundation last longer. Take your powder brush and dip it into a powder of your choice. Then tap of the excess powder. I suggest starting with your t-zone and sweep the rest of the powder outwards. This way, you wont have uneven areas and it creates a nice fade.

Step 5: Prime EyesYou will be using many

different colors of eyeshadows, so I suggest using an eye primer. If you do not have eye primer you can also use some foundation or concealer. Priming your eyes help make your eyeshadows last longer and reach their potential colors.

Step 6: EyeshadowYou will be creating a

smokey eye effect with three different eyeshadows. Some makeup brands make trio eyeshadow packages. But if you do not have one of those. You can choose three different eyeshadows I suggest one light, one dark, and one that is colorful or a medium shade.

First use your eyeshadow brush and take a little bit of your lighter color and spread it all over your eye lids. Then take your crease brush and apply your medium or colorful eyeshadow all over your crease. Once that is done, take your darkest color and apply it on the outer corners of your eyes, preferably where the ‘V’ is. Afterwards you take your blending brush and lightly blend the harsh lines of your eyeshadows.

Step 7: EyelinerNow it’s time to put on some

eyeliner. You can use whatever eyeliner you like best, but personally I like to use cream liners or liquid. On your top lid, trace as close as you can to you lash line and at the end add a little flick. Then underneath your bottom lashes, trace as close as you can. You can connect the bottom line with the top line and make a flick. Also you can add a little beak on your tear duct. Some call this style of eyeliner “The Cleopatra.”

Step 8: Mascara

Now curl your lashes with an eyelash curler. Then with your favorite mascara, apply two coats on your top and bottom lashes. Once they are dry curl them again with your eyelash curler to make it seem like you have longer lashes.

Step 9: EyebrowsFor the look you will need

really strong eyebrow. You can choose a dark shade of brown or you can choose a bright color, like purple or pink. Fill in your brows with the pencil and follow your natural shape. If you have really thin eyebrows I suggest making them a little thicker.

Step 10 : LipsNow the lips, first apply some lip

balm or chapstick, so your lips won’t be so dry. Then choose the shade of lip liner you will be using. Some like to use bright shades, like hot pink, red, or orange. But you can also use natural shades that match your skin tone. Line your lips with the lip liner and fill in your lips also. The lip liner helps make your lipstick last longer. Apply lipstick that is close or similar to the shade of you lip liner. You have the option of applying some clear gloss.

Step 11 : BlushTime for Blush. Take your

blush brush and dip it into your blush, preferably a pink, coral, or natural blush. Then tap of the excess. Smile and sweep it on the apples of your cheeks. Also apply it on your cheekbones. Don’t worry about using too much, this look actually prefers it.

Step 12: Highlights/Contour

This is the last step. Take your blush brush and use some white eyeshadow and highlight your cheek bones, your brow bone (under your eyebrows), your nose bridge, and your cupids bow. Highlighting these areas make them look stronger and more precise. This look you must put on a lot of highlighting on these areas.
