The city has been referred to as the world’s most compact metropolis and the “Peace Capital”. It is a global city, a financial Centre, and a worldwide centre for diplomacy due to the presence of numerous international organizations, including the headquarters of many agencies of the United Nations and the Red Cross. It hosts the highest number of international organizations in the world.
The climate of Geneva is a temperate climate, more specifically an oceanic climate. Winters are cool, usually with light frosts at night and thawing conditions during the day. Summers are relatively warm. Precipitation is adequate and is relatively well-distributed throughout the year, although autumn is slightly wetter than other seasons. The best time to visit Switzerland is between April and June, and September to October, when the weather is at best, and there aren’t too many tourists.

Vision & PlanInternational Market ApproachGreen chemicals, commonly known as bio based chemicals are produced from bio feedstock and thus, are renewable in nature. Green chemicals are much lesser harmful towards environment compared to petroleum based chemicals. The raw materials which are generally used in the production of green chemicals are bio-ethanol, sugar & starch, animal fats and vegetable oils. Green chemicals also consider biodegradation of the product after a certain period of time keeping the environment safe. Green chemicals find wide application across various end-use industries such as agriculture, construction, and automobile. Burgeoning growth of these industries coupled with the rising awareness towards environmental safety globally is expected to boost growth for the global green chemicals market.
