The 17th cosmetics trade fair WORLD OF BEAUTY & SPA will be held on the modern premises of the PVA EXPO PRAGUE – LETŇANY during the advent of spring, 14th and 15th March 2014.More than three hundred exhibitors representing several hundred well–known and prestigious brands of professional cosmetics with lotions for wellness, spa, bath and hotel care as well as products for end consumers will be o� ering visitors their latest news as well as traditional productsAnti–aging care, foot–care, massages, relaxation and regeneration programmes are scheduled to take place in several lounges as well as on the main stage. Professional collaborating partners include the largest � eld alliance – the Union of Cosmeticians, the Czech Wellness Association, the Association of Regeneration Specialists, the Association of Czech Aro-matherapists, the Czech Aromatherapy Society, the Dexter Academy, the PROKOS Cosmetics Alliance and a wide range of other specialists. The 4th workshop of the Czech Podiatric Society will also be taking place including a complete podiatric examination free of charge.The trade fair not only promises to only o� er visitors inspiration and training but also consultancy services and prevention: the best profession-als will be on hand to answer questions and provide practical tips for culti-vating charm and a healthy lifestyle. Spiritual well–being, healthy self–ac-tualisation and a positive approach both to yourself and your surroundings are inextricably linked to this. Trends in make–up, hairstyling, clothes – 2014 look – to be presented in traditional style by Pavel Bauer, Štěpánka Podroužková, Linda Valsami, while will also include successful hairdressing shows by Honza Hlaváček, Martin Loužecký, Romana Topinková, Blanka Hašková and others. A number of Czech Misses as well as top designers and brands will feature as part of the fashion shows. Trade fair competitions: Highlights will include the Pavel Bauer CREATIVE IMAGE TEAM competition the semi–� nal topic of „Architectural Beauty” will tie into the � nal topic of „Black widow”. Those taking part in Štěpánka Podroužková’s  PHOTO MAKE–UP competition will o� er their interpreta-tions of „Boards which mean the world”. A  Nail Art competition will also be held on the topic of „Signs of the zodiac”, for the manicure competition so–called „strip varnishes” will be used. In addition to the above, the � nale of the junior competition „in the signs of the zodiac”, „The black and white world” young designers competition as well as body art will form part of the fair. New to feature is a competition in eyelash extensions and thickening.
