CONFERENCE THEME

Sustainability has become a crucial component to any organisation’s successful strategy.

Business practices and technology that does not consider sustainability element is less

impactful in several measures. In a business environment that is characterised by global

integration and rapid technological advancement, most of the managerial and economic

resources are absorbed in acquiring competencies to make pace with the changing

environment. As the world moves away from the recent turbulent time and get adjusted to the

new normal, the challenges and opportunities are being explored and discussed by experts

worldwide. Individuals and organizations are struggling to tackle critical challenges induced by

turbulent time.

The key to success in the next decade will be different from today. Academicians, researchers,

industrialists, entrepreneurs need to reinvent their policies and restructure companies for the

future while ensuring adjustments to the turbulent times and strong performance in the

present. Structured on the principle of exchange of information and cross border learning, this

conference aim to facilitate open discussion in academic research that shape the direction of

dynamic practices in the field of Management and Technology.

KANPUR CITY

Kanpur is the most important industrial hub in Uttar Pradesh. It is now home to major

industries including aviation, wool, leather, cotton, spices and chemical works etc. It is also a

SUBMISSION

Submissions in the form of empirical, conceptual, practitioner’s papers and case studies are

invited for submission, which address various novel issues related to sub themes. Submissions of

abstracts and papers/posters must be made to the Conference Team via e-mail (icjim@jef.org.in).

Abstract should not exceed 300 words. All submissions are subject to a blind review process. All

the accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceeding with ISBN No. & selected few

papers will be published in the Journal with ISSN No.

Full paper, not exceeding more than 3000 words(single line spacing), Font size 12, Times New

Roman in MS Word format margin normal, APA style of referencing should be submitted before

the deadline to consider for publication.

Poster should be in PDF format and a maximum size of 2MB. There is no mandatory font for the

Conference Poster but we recommend ‘Arial’ font for the ease of viewing.

All submissions should be in original work and should not have been published or accepted

elsewhere. For the paper to be published in the journal, at least one author must register and

present the paper at the Conference.
