“As the past TOP Events, a successful event with inspiring speakers, great alumni networking and a superb location. Especially the voice of the C-suite was very insightful and engaging.”Anatol Sendker(Henley Alumnus)

It is no secret that high performing teams make an undeniable difference to a business.

As a manager, you deal with performance issues on a regular basis. If your team is comprised of top performers, your focus is on how to keep them motivated and challenged.

No doubt, the creation of any high-performing team results from a complex set of factors: who is on the team, the leader and the challenges. So, one factor alone does not create a high-performing team.

High-performance teams are characterised by having healthy relationships among team members. They are not a bunch of superstars working in silos. They interact often with each other and respond to all the challenges that arise. They make many rapid, mid-course corrections.

Understanding yourself and the strengths of your team mates is key to building high-performing teams!

Well, as you can see, there are some secrets. Come to the Munich Top Event and figure it out.

We will discuss the subject from four angles:

1. The Voice of the School2. The Voice of the Alumni3. The Voice of the C-Suite4. The Distinctive Voice

“The Top Event was very inspiring, Speakers’ spectrum well selected and professional and … great to meet many old friends!”Klaus Kohler(Henley Alumnus)

“(the event) ... excelled my expectations. From the excellent presentations I have taken valuable insights, suggestions and fresh ideas. Also in terms of networking it was a very useful weekend. Needless to say, The Charles Hotel and the supporting programme was a class of its own. One can only congratulate Ursula and Armin on organizing another outstanding alumni event.”Tobias Braxmeier(Henley Alumnus)
