2020 Session Tracks

Track 1:Building Digital Experiences

that Enable Mission Resiliency

The Intersection of Program Mission, IT and Communications: Partnership Strategies for Digital Transformation

For the first time in history, US Census Bureau is now accepting online responses

for the 2020 Census. This massive modernization effort will not only improve response rates and save the government

millions of dollars, but open up new pathways in data analytics that, up until now, were impossible. Hear from an all-star team from Census, Accenture, and Reingold about how they partnered to

digitally transform the 2020 Census, the anticipated results, and huge potential

cost savings.

A Personalized Citizen Experience

Most citizens don't need to interact with agencies every day. But when citizens

need government information or services, they do expect them to be readily

available, targeted to their needs, and instantly accessible. The future of citizen

engagement is the delivery of personalized government directly to the

citizen, instead of having the citizen search generically for it. In this session, we'll

explore how personalization can make it easier for constituents to find and

consume what they need, how and when they need it.

Track 2:Enabling a Digital

Workplace

Creating, Managing and Distributing Digital Assets

Governments and municipalities across the world rely on digital content and

assets to tell their stories, preserve their histories, and connect with their

constituents. But limited resources and legacy technology present challenges

that make it difficult for organizations to effectively develop and manage all of

their content. This session will give insight into how agencies are

successfully managing their growing content demands and removing

redundancy through effective collaboration.

Driving Efficiencies Through Digital Forms, Documents and Electronic

Signatures

Few aspects of digital transformation have as much impact on overall

workforce productivity as forms and documents. From mission-critical

applications, to essential employee tasks, manual processes that rely on

paper printouts and email attachments slow your employees down and keep them from higher value work. Join this

session to explore how digital documents, modern forms, and

electronic signatures can be built into everyday processes and integrated into

existing platforms to save agencies hundreds of thousands of dollars a year

and improve the speed of service delivery.

Track 3:Delivering Successful

Communications

Email Best Practices for Government

Email is a form of digital communication that permeates nearly every part of our day. It’s often the first thing we look at when we wake and the last thing we check before going to bed. Agencies

that modernize their email communications are able to help more people access more services, and serve the unique needs of many at scale. Join

us as we explore how agencies are modernizing their email

communciations, optimizing engagement, and delivering more

relevant and useful information to those they serve.

Creating Engaging Content that Makes an Impact

Citizens today are inundated with information. It’s never been more

challenging to capture their attention, and for agencies that work to support and improve the lives of citizens, it’s never been more critical. To connect

with their intended audiences, agencies must deliver content in quick, visually

engaging digital bites. And they must do so in the face of stagnant budgets and

escalating pressure to create and manage more and more content as

efficiently as possible. Join this session to hear how your peers in government are accelerating creative workflows by up to

10x and enabling their workforce to create and deliver engaging, mobile-

friendly content that makes an impact.
