The research highlights the Introvert personality of the main character in the Introvert Boss film. This type of research is qualitative and focuses on descriptive-analytical methods. This research is qualitative and focuses on methods that are descriptive and analytical. The researcher himself was the instrument used in this study and encouraged in the data inventory format. Eun Hwan Gi had six introverted traits, including social weaknesses, shyness, fear, too much perception, fear, and closeness. The main reasons the main actor has become an introvert are family pressure factors and verbal abuse. In addition to the signs, training, playing games, and developing relationships are the foremost efforts of the actor to minimize such personality. Based on the findings of the research, the film Introverted Boss can be used to identify signs of an introverted character as a reference analysis material. In addition to the sign, the analysis focuses on the reasons for an introvert and Eun Hwan Gi's efforts to reduce his introverted character. It inspires people to present themselves as experienced members of society. Studying English literature enables people to learn new concepts and new forms of world reflection. This work demands an understanding of the cultural dynamics and the way people work in society (Karnik et al., 2015). Literature works usually reflect the work of people in these literary works. Literary work is a built world society or a fictional fact not identical to the reality of the real world. In general, literary research, psychologyisneeded.Psychologyisusedbecausetheauthorportraysthecharacterand personality of the character in thestory as a psychological experience. Therefore, psychology and literature arefunctional, in other words as a way ofstudying intrinsiccharacterpsychosocialfactors in literarywork. In otherwords, personalities appear to human beings(Abraham, 2017). The principle ofpersonalityappliestothevariousspecialcharacteristics present in any person. This value is crucial or important inpeople's lives (Ismawati, 2013, p. 18).Everyobjectiscolored;everypersonhaspersonalities.

Personality is characterized as aseries of structured, consistentpsychological and intrapersonalcharacteristics. This affects how theindividual iscommunicatedandadaptedto the psychic, physical and socialenvironmentinliteraryresearch(Burger,2019;Larsenetal.,2017).Mostscholarsbelieve that the important approach topersonalitystudyistoanalyzetheactionsofsomebodyandevaluatewhat theydo,orindirectly,byfollowingtheirresponsestoquestions.Thecoreassumptionisthatthetermpersonalityiswhatpeopledoorexperience. Secondly, personality is anentityorexiststhroughthebehaviorofanindividual. The third assumption is therelatively consistent and permanentpersonalitysothatthecoreisunchanged, althoughonlymore surface features canbeadjusted(Peck&Whitlow,2019,p.9).

The personality of humans isgenerally divided into two personalities, theextrovertandtheintrovert(AbidininRosida & Astuti, 2015). An extrovertpersonality is someone who wants to

socializewithpeople(socialfriends),whoprefers to socialize with people aroundhim, friendly and welcoming to otherpeople. While the introvert is a lonely, silent, anti-social, pessimistic, andcautiouspersonality, hedoesnotusetoomuchphysicalactivity, preferssomeclosefriends, and is consistent (Abidin inRosida&Astuti,2015).

Introversion is defined from apsychologicalpointofviewasanattitudecharacterized by relying on one's owninneremotionalactions(Jungascited inBoroujeni et al., 2015). The differencebetween the Jung conception and themodern view is that Jungian extrovertsand introvert people differ in theiruniverse perceptions, whilecontemporary researchers tend toclassifyextroversionand introversionasatraitapproachAtraitisthedimensionofthe personality used to assign labelsaccordingtotheextentofaparticulartrait(Burger,2019,p.153).

In one's writing, each piece ofliterature includes conceptual elementsconnecting the various elements of thefilm that express the producers' ideas, such as the personality of the actionsequencesandthecharacterof themaincharacter of the film. Causes of Eun Hwan Gi have anIntrovertedcharacter

The first cause why Eun HwanGihas an Introverted character is hisfamily pressure. This canbe seenasEunHwanGi'spast,KimEungSoo(EunHwan

The second cause why Eun HwanGihas an Introverted character is beingbullied by his friends. This episode tellsabout when EunHwan Gi was still inschool.Whenhewaswalkinginthepark, hisfriendstreatedhimbadlyonlybecausehe had curly hair. The bladder incidentinfluencedthepsychologicalconditionofEunHwan Gi so that it was assumed tohave occurred in an introvertedcharacter.

CONCLUSION

InthestudyoftherepresentationoftheIntrovertedBossfilm, theintrovertcharactersthattheresearchersfindinthecharacter Eun Hwan Gi in the IntrovertBoss film are asocial, shy, anxious, thinkinga lotbeforeacting, restless, andclose.Besides, researchersalsofoundthatthe reason Eun Hwan Gi becameintroverted was due to family pressureand bullies. The family pressureportrayed in this film is that Eun HwanGi's fatherhas the ambition tomakehisson brave, to express his expectations, and to appear in front of the audience.Meanwhile, the bully’s scenario thatappears in this film is when his friendstease him as a critic, as well as thecharacterEunHwanGi,whoisshy, soit'snoteasytogetalongwithclassmates.
