Housing Connect is a one stop sho where you can receive a seamless, more integrated housing and mainstream suppor service. Housing Connect provides services which aim to support you retaining your tenanc or improve your access to longer term stable housing. You will have a assessment with Housing Connect. Need help finding a home?If you are on a low income and you need housing assistance and /or support in Tasmania, you need to access Housing Connect. Housing Connect is a one stop shop where you can receive a seamless, more integrated housing and mainstream support service.

What if I want housing assistance with Housing Tasmania?To access housing assistance with Housing Tasmania you will have your housing need assessed through Housing Connect. Individual social housing providers have eligibility criteria that you will need to meet. Housing Tasmania eligibility criteria requires you to: Be a Tasmanian Resident; Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident; Be 16 years or older; Be a low income earner eligible for a Commonwealth Health Care Card; Not have financial assets exceeding $35,000 per household; Not own a home of your own
