State Spur 601 (Inner Loop) – Liberty Expressway
• Inaugural CRRMA Bond Issuance of $233,355,000
• 7.4 mile connection between the Patriot (US54) and Purple Heart (LP375) Freeways
• First bond issuance supported solely by pass-through proceeds

• 9 miles of managed lanes (electronic toll collection)
• CRRMA negotiating with systems integrator for opening in late 2013
• First segment of the Southern Relief Route (alternative to I-10)

• Americas Managed Lanes – CRRMA is in the procurement process for preliminary engineering and environmental services
• I-10 Managed Lanes – CRRMA has requested toll equity funding to pursue preliminary engineering and environmental services
• Border Highway West – CRRMA is coordinating with TxDOT as it seeks environmental approval

The CRRMA is assisting El Paso County, the Town of Horizon City and the City of Socorro to create three new TRZs to develop a revenue stream that the CRRMA will use to design and construct approximately $70M worth of transportation projects.

• International Bridges – continue discussions with the City of El Paso regarding the management of the City’s international crossings
• Parking Facilities – continue discussions with private and public entities regarding the design/construction/operation of proposed parking facilities
