Develop the knowledge, skills, and technologies required for employment in metal technology systems
Welding contains selected modules designed by highly qualified subject matter experts, and was compiled in accordance with the Texas State Board of Education’s curricula requirements. It consists of full-color modules from various NCCER programs that include critical theoretical and practical skills for a career in the trades. Students will reinforce, apply, and transfer knowledge and skills to a variety of settings and problems. Knowledge about career opportunities, requirements, and expectations and the development of workplace skills prepare students for future success.
