RATE POLICYAdvertisers will be protected at their contracted ratefor the duration of their contract. Contracts may becanceled with 30 days notice by either party.Advertisers may be short-rate billed if the contract ratehas not been earned up to the date of cancellation.Cancellations are not accepted after publishedclosing dates. Listed rates are gross and per month.

PAYMENTFirst-time advertisers must make payment for the firstinsertion when advertising materials are submitted.Pre-invoices will be created, if necessary. Credit cardauthorization forms are also available using MasterCard,VISA, and American Express.
