TWCA is a nonprofit association organized in 1944 to promote and support the development, conservation, protection and utilization of the state’s water resources. The activities of the associa-tion are statewide and are concerned with every phase of water development, conservation, use and the protection of our environment. TWCA membership includes water districts, river authorities, associations, industries, municipalities and individuals.

TRWA is a statewide, nonprofit education and trade association dedicated to the improvement of water quality and supply. Founded in 1969, TRWA represents the full spectrum of the drinking water community, including nonprofit water supply and sewer service corporations, districts, municipali-ties and privately owned water utilities serving the rural areas of Texas. Membership includes more than 750 water utilities and 200 companies and individuals in Texas. TRWA is dedicated to helping the directors, managers and operators of each member utility provide efficient service and clean, safe drinking water for their customers.
