Shipping Notice• In each BOX 1 you will find shipping notices. • Each notice will list the Box ID Number which should match the Label on

the box• Item description tells # in bundles (BDL)• Qty describes total # of item shipped

• District Testing Coordinators will receive a stack of white labels with orange stripes• Affix labels to brown boxes for returns• Campuses should not do this step

• Non-Scorables are place in brown boxes• Test booklets• STAAR A and STAAR L paper administration guides• Unused answer documents & ID sheets
