Upon conclusion of our TEST DRIVE engagement, we deliver and present a comprehensive project plan that details all aspects of project execution including:

Project Kickoff Phase - Detailed aspects and costs associated with joint team resource spin-up, environment set-up, and full project scope review

Integration Development Phase - Daily scrums, bi-weekly sprints to mitigate risk and continuously align team expectations

Implementation Phase - The breakdown of tasks and costs associated with migration through Alpha, BETA, and transition to production

Post Production – Ensure a proper plan is in place after go-live to ensure your team’s short and long term success

Once drivers are thoroughly trained and they transition into using the customers con�gured MilesAhead DRIVE application (and related components), the POC Test and Support stage of�cially begins. To ensure driver satisfaction through the de�ned POC test period, a seamless support experience is agreed upon and put into place.
