Is operated by the flow of electricity (24V DC) in one circuit, and controlling the flow of electricity in another circuit. A multiple contact relay consists of an electromagnet with both moving and stationary contacts. When the electromagnet is de-energized, the contacts return to its original position.

COIL CONTACTS
ELECTROMAGNET (COIL)ELECTROMAGNET (COIL)
When the electromagnet (coil) is energized by applying 24V DC to pin, (B) = (-) and pin (A) = (+), to energized, it exerts a force that overcomes the pull of the tension spring. This moves the contacts to either complete or break a circuit.
