Terraçade is an open rainscreen system, so it assists with

energy reduction throughout the building by enabling air

to flow between the substrate wall and cladding system.

This flow of air between the cladding and the substrate assists

with keeping the building cool and also helps to remove any

moisture that may be present within the cavity. The Terraçade

tile is made from natural and recycled materials and the

majority of the system is not only reusable but can also be

Introducing Terraçade TN 1200mmTerraçade is proud to introduce the new TN 1200mm long tiles –

the larger tile module provides greater flexibility when creating

façade solutions for a wide range of products. The longer tiles

utilise the same fixing systems as the 600mm tiles and can be

installed in both stack and brick bond patterns. For a striking

visual effect, 600mm and 1200mm tiles can be mixed together

on the same wall – the façade solution created is only limited

by your imagination.

The Terraçade TN system is easily installed as the lightweight

tiles are captured and supported by a purpose designed

vertical suspension rail. The innovative system can be

installed directly onto a timber framed, steel framed,

concrete or masonry structural wall. For framed structures,

an optional waterproof membrane is supplied by Terraçade

as part of the system’s tested performance. In addition, a full

range of trims are available in anodised or powder coated

finish to complement or highlight your design.

Dry-Treat Sealers

While Terraçade TN offers a low maintenance solution

to building façades, there may be instances where more

severe conditions exist, such as high traffic areas prone

to graffiti. For added protection we recommend Dry-Treat

sealer (www.drytreat.com).

Membrane

The high water vapour permeability of the membrane allows

the controlled escape of vapour from within the frame while

restricting the ingress of rain and moisture.

Terraçade TN

The Terraçade XP system is easily installed as the tiles are

captured and supported by purpose designed aluminium

extrusions. The horizontal rails are fixed to a timber framed,

steel framed, concrete or masonry structural wall.

Terraçade XP has additional components including

aluminium extrusions for the detailing of external

and internal corners, window and door surrounds

and edge trims. These trims can be customised by either

anodising or powder coating to complement or highlight

your design.

Dry-Treat Sealers

While Terraçade XP offers a low maintenance solution

to building facades, there may be instances where more
