Terms and Conditions

1. This Lucky Draw Promotion (“Promotion”) is valid only from 27 Mar to 23 Apr 2015 (both dates

inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).

2. This Promotion is open to all Singapore residents aged 18 and above, except employees and

immediate families of Giant Supermarket, Nestlé Singapore (Pte) Ltd (“Nestlé Singapore”) and

their associated agencies or suppliers.

3. Participants are required to make a minimum purchase of $8 worth of KIT KAT® at participating

stores during the Promotion Period.

4) Only valid SMS entries sent in using the correct format stated will be considered for the lucky

draw. Incomplete/inaccurate entries will be automatically disqualified.

5) Multiple entries may be submitted in participation of the Contest. All entries are to be received by

4 May 2015.

6) 4 winners to be drawn weekly. Draw dates on 10 Apr, 17 Apr, 24 Apr, 8 May 2015. The draw will

take place at World Remind, 48 Lorong 21 Geylang, #06-02 Greatland Building, Singapore

388464.

7) All winners will be notified via SMS or any medium as determined by Nestlé Singapore and prize

collection details will there upon be provided.

8) All prizes are to be collected within 2 weeks of notification. Any prizes unclaimed will be dealt with

by Nestlé Singapore at its sole discretion in accordance with applicable laws.

9) The original receipt is to be presented during the collection of prizes for certification purposes.

Winners who are unable to produce the original receipt will be disqualified. Photocopied, defaced,

torned or damaged receipts will be rendered invalid, with no replacements made.

10) Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Nestlé Singapore reserves the

right to substitute the prizes with any product of equivalent value without notice to you.

11) Nestlé Singapore reserves the rights to amend these terms and conditions and no further

12) You agree that Nestlé Singapore and its affiliates may collect, use and disclose your personal data
