All events will be subject to Food and Beverage minimums based on the day, timing and guest count of the scheduled event. Please ask your Event Manager to review the space minimum charges for the day and time you’re requesting. All events are booked in 3-hour increments. If the room is required for additional hours beyond the max listed, an additional fee of $300 per hour, plus applicable sales tax and taxable service charge, will be added to the agreement and charged at the conclusion of the event. We allow our guests a 10 minute grace period to wrap up the event at which point our staff will begin to clean-up. A $20 Corkage fee will be charged for all bottles of wine not purchased through fourteensixteen. Outside liquor and beer is not permitted.

A Cake cutting fee of $2 per person will apply to all cakes purchased outside of fourteensixteen.

fourteensixteen will provide table linens for the gift and dessert tables. All other linens are the guests’ responsibility.

Incidentals, such as audio-visual equipment, floral arrangements, center-pieces, etc. are welcomed with prior approval. All decorations with the exception of confetti are allowed.

The use of fourteensixteen in-house audio-visual equipment and Wi-Fi is at no charge, however any additional technology equipment needed will be subject to applicable fees.

All guests are allowed 60 minutes prior to the start of the event for set up. fourteensixteen assumes no responsibility for displays, exhibits and/or decorations, etc. brought into the restaurant by the guest or any 3rd party in connection with the event, including, but not limited to, claims of personal injury or property damage related to the displays, exhibits and/or decorations. All guest displays, centerpieces, audio visual equipment and decorations must be removed by the end of the event.

The guest is responsible for all liabilities, losses, claims, demands, damages, costs and expenses including property damage and/or suffered or incurred by fourteensixteen or any guest or associate of fourteensixteen as a direct or indirect result of the attendance at the event or the use of services and facilities of the restaurant by the client or its invitees. fourteensixteen assumes no responsibility for personal property of the client or the client’s guest brought in to the restaurant. The client shall assume the risk of loss of any such property as fourteensixteen does not maintain insurance covering the client’s property.

The restaurant reserves the right to cease service of alcoholic beverages in the event that persons under the state mandated age limit are present at the event and attempt to receive service of alcoholic beverages. In addition, fourteensixteen may request proper identification of any person of questionable age and refuse alcoholic beverage service if either the person is under age or proper identification cannot be produced and refuse alcoholic beverage service to any person who, in fourteensixteen’s judgement, appears to be intoxicated.

The Hometown Lounge is an ideal location for parties looking to mix & mingle. The area surrounds the bar and is ideal for cocktail parties, client appreciation events, or birthday celebrations.

The La Grange Skyline is an excellent destination to experience the pleasures of being outdoors while receiving the best of what fourteensixteen has to offer. This area is also enclosed in cooler months. This space is ideal for cocktail & holiday parties, wedding events, or any other festivity. In colder months, this area is enclosed and heated.
