Lifecare Standard is designed to fit the need for a standard after sales service level, offering support and service promises aimed at assisting you in managing the risk of downtime by stating known response, repair and delivery times. If you require other services than the ones defined in Lifecare Standard, then Lifecare Custom will provide an offer to fit your specific needs.
