Welcome RCLC is a Neighbourhood House offering a range of inclusive community development activities across three sites – The Cubby House, Burnley Backyard and Studio 1. This term, our regular programs all return, as well as new offerings in the arts, health & wellbeing, food & sustainability, and co-working. We recognise the valuable skills and talents of local residents by offering a range of volunteering opportunities – please contact us if you are interested in contributing to your community. French Immersion Kindy The Cubby House Starting this term, French Kindy offers a French immersion program for pre-schoolers. The program is designed as both an introduction to language and culture for children who have no prior knowledge of the language, and an essential extension for children with a French language background. Computer Confidence Class Studio 1 Want to know more about computers? Do you want to explore what a computer can do and learn new skills for work, study or home use? Then join our weekly group held on Mondays at 10 – 1pm to help you understand and use computers, in a relaxed and welcoming environment, from a friendly, experienced computer teacher. The course is run Term by term, so call our office to make sure you get a place in 2016!
