I have written to Blue Diamond Webs, and received back an incredible email from the president of the company, Don

Steinberger. When I am finished with school, and have some projects in my portfolio, he wants me to contact him again. So, I decided to write my cover letter to Mr. Steinberger. I told him:

How I found his company. What he could offer me. What I can offer to his company, and Alaska. What programs I know how to use. A short history of my education. My excellent skills working with customers.

My biggest strength is relationship building. Getting to know customers and getting to know my coworkers is very important to me. My biggest weakness is becoming too emotional when conflicts arise with customers, and coworkers.

I will be able to separate work and personal relationships with coworkers when at work. I will not become so emotional when conflicts come up.

I will talk to my workers about our personal lives when work is over, or when we are on our breaks. I will not interrupt when my coworker is trying to convey a message to me. I will listen to all sides when a conflict is happening. Not listening and assumption is what gets my emotions going.
