The Trilateral Symposium on Advances in Nanomaterials: Energy, Water and Health care represents the cooperation between Materials Research Societies of India, China and Singapore. The purpose of this meeting is to provide an excellent platform for emi-nent scientists, young researchers of India, China and Singapore to exchange ideas and to discuss possible collaborations in various aspects of materials research. Such a con-clave of large scientific powers like India and China and a highly technically advance country like Singapore will give an interplay of diverse experiences of their respective research environment.

INST has been set up (supported by DST, Govt. of India) as a institute for carrying out cutting edge research and generate products/devices and technology in the area of Nanoscience and Technology.
