The purpose of this meeting is to provide an excellent platform for emi- nent scientists, young researchers of India, China and Singapore to exchange ideas and to discuss possible collaborations in various aspects of materials research. Such a con- clave of large scientific powers like India and China and a highly technically advance country like Singapore will give an interplay of diverse experiences of their respective research environment.
