Teresa Kipp Supercenter #2782; Mountain Home, Idaho I was feeling pretty down and self-conscious about being overweight. Feeling sorry for myself didn’t make me feel better so I empowered myself to make a change. I picked up the ZP books and read through the stories — it was so inspiring to see people with my same goals. Doing ZP Challenge was really easy. I hit the start button and I was off. Since January, I’ve already done three challenges. I’m losing weight and eating healthier. My husband and I used to order food all the time. Now? We make dinner together. We’re saving money, getting healthy and bonding more. The aches and pains in my body are starting to go away and I’m not feeling as drained. It’s been a snowball effect. I have new energy and I just feel better — I’m so excited! • My weight is dropping and it’s staying down — I’ve lost 6 pounds. • I’m cutting out processed foods and eating in moderation. • Now I have the energy to keep striving towards my goals. • Thanks to ZP, I’m making better choices and changing my habits. My doctor said I had high cholesterol so I started changing my diet. The first thing I did was change my drinking habits. I was drinking a lot of soda and fruit juices and I only drank flavored water. By adding fruits and vegetables, I now get fresh food and flavor in my water. I’m following a heart-friendly diet and I’m cooking more at home. It’s a more holistic approach to eating — I prefer to eat more natural foods. It’s fun looking up new recipes and finding new vegetables I haven’t tried before. With ZP, I’ve been able to keep my weight off. You can actually eat what you want as long as you’re doing it in moderation and making better choices. Just keep at it, keep making little changes and eventually it’s all going to come together.
