Reiki-initiation: If you are in a group, you will be sitting in a circle with your backs to one another.

The chakras are more exposed on your back, so in this way you may even

experience somebody else being initiated.

If you are being initiated individually, the process of drawing the symbols and

breathing them into the palms of your hands will be gone through 3 times.

I will help you to relax and to get into a meditative state.

I will call in the Spiritual Forces, for it is they that will do the actual initiating. You

will be led on a brief meditation to prepare you for the initiation. When you are

tapped on the shoulder the first time, place your hands in prayer position over

your head. After the symbols are blown into the palms, I will place your hands

back into prayer position, and I will gently clap the outside of your hands. This

seats in the energy.

When I lift slightly on the mastoid process, this runs the energy through all of the

chakras, major and minor.

After the crown the same process will be repeated at the third eye. Throat and

heart chakras. When we are through you will be given an opportunity to share.

Intent: The energy transfer begins to open you to a Universal ray we call Reiki.

The initiation also starts a 21 - day cleansing cycle of the 7 major chakras - 3

cycles, 24 hours per chakra starting with the root and working up from the time

of initiation.

Passive Technique: If you intuitively place your hands on an individual the

energy will work. It will also go to where ever else it is needed.

When pulling off negativity, do so slowly and either bring it up through the 7

layers (which correspond to the 7 chakras) for transformation; or put it into the


Violet Fire for transformation. You can visualize or see yourself as an

electromagnet, pull up misqualified energy slowly, at the 7th layer flip your hands

over and then give an additional push to send it off.

Active Technique: (Variation of Rosalyn Bruyere's Chelation) this is magnetic

healing, so once your hands touch the body, you will always have at least one

hand on at all times.

To prepare, rub your hands together, then rub your right hand down (down only)

the left arm, and your left hand down the right arm.

Center yourself at your Hara (3 inches below your belly button) and feel the

vertical line running through your center.

Follow that center down to the heart of earth; ground and feel the healing

energies from Mother Earth coming back to you. Feel your Will Center in your

Solar Plexus and follow the vertical line up to the Universal Source; bring back

Universal Energy into the crown and through the vertical channel.

Visualize the colors running through your chakras.

This is also a good way to end a session - talk the individual through this.

Start by holding onto the bottom of the feet; touch the Solar Plexus point and any

other point you are impressed to hold. Keep your hand on the sole of the foot

furthest from you and move the other hand to the ankle of the same foot You can

will the energy to run between your palms. It starts out like a ping pong ball and

increase to a buzz. Then let your etheric hand slip into the ankle; your guides will

help you. Should you find a dark spot, it may explode in your etheric hand, if not

will it into your etheric hand and pull it out and move it up through the 7 layers; at

the 7th let the Light transmute the darkness. You may find a plug that has mucus

behind it, if so, scoop the mucus out. If the plug has a cord attached, you have a

timeline that will go through past lives. Keep going through the plugs and cords

until you reach the root cause. When it is cleared out, fill the area with cobalt blue and seal with the colours of your choice (gold is a favourite). Move your

hands one at a time to the other ankle and sole of the foot; follow the same

procedure. Then move back to the other leg, ankle and knee. Do then work on


knee to hip joint on each leg. Then move one hand to the second chakra and

place the other hand between the legs at the knees. You can work on the root

chakra from a distance, and then the second or creative chakra. Move the hand

at the knees up to the second chakra and the other hand to the heart. Continue

switching and working up the hands to the throat, third eye and crown chakras.

Fill the aura with cobalt blue and seal with gold.

Then go back in and address specific issues. The following touch points are

derived from Hanna Kroeger's videotape. Hands-On Healing and her book,

New Dimensions in Healing: Emotional release: Place left hand on the solar plexus. Move your right hand

to the following points: Right palm, head of left clavical, left palm, head of right

clavical.

Mental clearing: Place the palms of your hands on the head of the Humerous

as it drops from the shoulder,

Bones: Right hand at the back of the neck; left hand on the inside of upper

left arm. Muscles: Point just below the flexed calf muscles on both legs.

Lungs: Right hand on the forehead and left hand at the back of the head. Also

on the chest between the 2nd and 3rd rib.

Brain Integration: Left hand on the forehead, right hand at the back of the

head. Central Nervous System: Just below the knees.

Lymph system: Right hand under the left armpit, left hand on back of neck.

Ligaments: On the right arm - left hand on the insertion point of the biceps and

right hand on the insertion point of the triceps.

Ovaries: Inside lower leg just below the knees. (not if woman is pregnant)

Spleen: Right hand in the right arm pit, left hand just to the left of solar plexus.

Kidney: On the back place right hand on left kidney, left hand on right kidney.

Heart: Right hand into the heal of their left hand. Left hand to left shoulder and

the other right shoulder.

Glands: Right hand over right floating rib and left hand over left floating rib.

To lift dropped organs: (a cup is formed at the throat by the collarbones and

sternum.) Individual lies on the back. Put your middle finger in the cup and pull


slightly to the right as you sweep up the right side of the body, at the sternum

as you sweep up the center, and to the left as you sweep up the left side..

When you are through, hold the ankles until the pulsing has stopped.

To clear toxins and parasites: Make claws out of your hands and sweep

through the aura starting at the back of the head and move down the front of

the center of the body (2 times). Clear the chakras by clawing through aura

slowly from client's left to right side. Praying or visualizing helps.

Other techniques you have learned; such as, sacred geometry from the Circles

of Life will aid you to facilitate the healing process. 8-7-3-1-2 is God's telephone

number. For clearing or releasing circlie counterclockwise and for integrating

circling clockwise.

Close: Fill any other spaces with cobalt blue and seal with the color that is

most appropriate. Ground your client. You can pull them down by grabbing

their feet in the aura above the crown chakra. If they are still out, have them

stamp their feet.

Reiki-initiation:

The process is identical to Reiki I, but the points of initiation are different.

The first set of symbols is drawn over the crown. When you are tapped on the

shoulder, move your hands in prayer position over your head, I will open your

hands , blow in the symbols, close your hands, and lightly clap the outsides of

your hands (the clapping seals in the energy). The second set of symbols is

drawn down your spine, and again you will move your hands in prayer position

over your head, etc. I will then come around in front and initiate the palms of

both hands. After each of the 3 initiation points I will place my thumbs on your

occipital ridge and lift slightly (the energy runs through and balances your

chakras).

Intent:

The energy transfer further opens you to the Reiki ray. Again it initiates a 21-

day cleansing cycle. The remainder of the class is designed to teach you the

power and use of symbols.

Symbols:

Cho Ku Rays are energy notes from God and they empower all other symbols

(check first to make certain that the symbols you are empowering are clear).

Clockwise connects to the Universe and counterclockwise to Earth (balanced

energy). You may use them before a symbol, after a symbol, or sandwich a

symbol in between 2 sets of Cho Ku Rays. Symbols are further empowered by

saying them 3 times to yourself or out loud while you draw them once.

You may send any empowered symbol to anyone (again, 3 times is the number

of creativity). You may do this without asking their permission because their


higher self has the free will choice of accepting or rejecting the energy. If the

energy is rejected, it will go to a person, place or situation that is in need and

acceptance of the healing; or the healing energy will be magnified and

intensified and returned to you.

You can also set up a time with an individual where they will meditate and place

themselves in a receptive state at the same time that you send the energy (many

people have had wonderful success doing this). It also helps if you can connect

your heart with theirs. After you draw the symbols see, feel or know that they

are on their way. As time and space do not exist the way we experience them,

you can call in the individual and work on them in front of you.

In absentee healing, as with hands-on healing, you can pull off negativity and fill

them with Light. You can send energy over the telephone wires and visualize

symbols going through those wires to the individual by holding onto the cord with

your right hand and having them hold on to their cord with their left hand. Under no circumstances may you draw symbols on anyone directly without first asking their permission! This would also hold true for a photograph (in the air,

yes; directly on the picture, no).

This is the first of the missing Reiki symbols that Sai Baba retrieved from the

inner planes.

Draw a Z, come up and draw infinity 3 X.

Works well with past-life, karmic, and interdimensional issues

(catch phrase for those things we cannot put our finger on).

Our cells can carry the memory of trauma, or even ideas that we "bought into"

from other lives. Zonar as well as Hon Sha Za Nen helps to work through and

release the karma and pain.

Affirmations can change our thought patterns, we change our thought

patterns and we change our lives. However, if there is a part of us on any

level that does not "buy into" the affirmation, then either change is not

It is a powerful symbol. A symbol for the heart from which healing and love flow.

On the other planes you are drawing a 3-dimensional pyramid to scale.


Say Hay Key

Good for mental healing.

When we clean up our thoughts, the emotions follow. We change our thought

patterns and we change our lives.

Symbols have a consciousness, they come from God, so they know how to go

about and do their work.


Cho Ku Ray

Clockwise Cho Ku Ray connects to the heavens.

Counterclockwise Cho Ku Ray connects to the earth.

Together they work in balance to energize all

other symbols, Reiki as well as symbols from

the Egyptian Cartouce, the Runes, etc. Please

check out and clear if necessary any symbols

before you energize them.

These are the only 2 symbols you can put on somebody without asking

permission. Why? Because they have no specific meaning. People come to you

for your energy, your help. There are people who practice Reiki who hold very

conservative jobs. They cannot ask most of their clients for permission to drawn

symbols on their bodies. But if in that profession they are in contact with the

body (massage therapist, nurse, etc.), if they are drawn to do so and if it is

appropriate , they can put the Cho Ku Rays on their clients.

good for people who have gone through or

who are going through Menopause.


Johre

This symbol comes from the Johre Society. It is quite literally White Light. It

works well on releasing blockages.


Motor – Zanon

This symbol has 2 names; Motor going in and

Zanon coming out.

The symbol works in the following manner:

Energize Motor 3 X with Cho Ku Rays.

Motor goes into the body, and the little

squiggle in the middle catches the virus. Then

you energize Zanon (same symbol, different

name) with Cho Ku Rays. The symbol

reverses polarity and leaves the body, taking the virus with it.

This symbol does work with AIDS. However, the root problem with AIDS

victims is extremely low self-esteem and low self-worth. These issues must

be addressed first before real healing can take place. Remember, too,

whether it is AIDS or some other disease, there are people who love their

pain or enjoy wallowing in misery. For them the question is, "Why are you

doing this to yourself?" and then finding aspects within them that can be

built upon to establish a true sense of feeling good about themselves.

When you open psychically you need to protect your thymus.

One way to do this is by taking minerals.

Whereas vitamins are best taken with food,

minerals do best taken on an empty stomach with water.

Also, while germs love vitamins, they hate minerals; so this helps to drive out

unwanted micro-organisms from your body.

This cleanse is done in the morning on an empty stomach. Take some cold pressed oil (sesame, peanut, or olive oil, etc.) in your mouth

(just enough to swish around comfortably). Swish it around in your mouth for 15

minutes. The oil both absorbs toxins, and is absorbed into your gums. Do this for

30 days and see if you don't start noticing a difference.

Clean the walls of your large intestines with colonics or a dietary cleanse. Caster oil rubbed into the belly at night before you go to sleep is absorbed into

the large intestines which helps to loosen the built up toxic waste.

Psylium husks, apple juice and gar gum help to pull out the long black mucus

ropes.

Gaul bladder and liver cleanse with apple juice, olive oil and lemon juice.

There are different versions. Whichever cleanse you choose to use, be sure to

drink lots of apple juice 2 weeks prior to doing the cleanse.

Silent meditation is one of the best means to increase your psychic and healing

abilities. It also helps one to become the silent witness.

Class Agenda: First day:

• Short introduction.

• Class will sit in a circle with their backs to one another - the chakras are more

exposed on the back, and it is helpful for the initiates to sit in such a manner

to help integrate the energies of the initiation.

• If there is one initiate, I go through the initiation 3 complete times in order to

help them to integrate the energy.

• Guided meditation to help initiates begin 21-day cleansing cycle and prepare

them for the initiation.

• Each person in the circle will be initiated individually. The initiation points are

the crown, spine and the palms of both hands. When I stand behind you I will

place my hands on your shoulders while I do the Reiki breathing. Then I will

draw symbols above your crown, I will tap you on the shoulders, you will

place your hands in prayer position over your head. I will open the palms of

your hands, blow the symbols in, close your hands and then gently clap the

outsides of your hands (this seals in the energy). I will place my thumbs on

the bottom edge of the occipital bone and lift gently. Next I will draw symbols

down your spine, I will tap you on the shoulders, you will place your hands in

prayer position over your head. I will open the palms of your hands, blow the

symbols in, close your hands and then gently clap the outsides of your hands.

I will place my thumbs on the bottom edge of the occipital bone and lift gently.

Last, I will draw symbols in the palms of each of your hands. After I have

drawn them, I will blow them in and clap them in. I will place my thumbs on

the bottom edge of the occipital bone and lift gently.

• One initiation for the entire group is possible; however, if even one individual

holds themselves back, then the entire group is held back. If there are


students who have not done Reiki I and II with a Tera-Mai TM Reiki Master,

then I begin with these initiations for those people.

• The 21-day cleansing cycle begins at the moment of initiation at the root

chakra. It is three major cleansings of the 7 major chakras. The initiate is wide

open, and it is an excellent opportunity to release old 'stuff'. However, if the

initiated chooses to hold onto 'garbage', then they will attract more of the

same negativity to themselves.

• Sharing experiences of meditation and the initiation. Option not to share is

valid also.

• The Reiki 'dragon's breath' is taught only in Reiki Mastership.

• Practicing the Tera-Mai TM Reiki I initiation in absentee healing and then each

initiate will practice the Tera-Mai TM Reiki I initiation three times on different

classmates.

• If there is one student, then then practice 3 times on me.

• Guided meditation with Egyptian symbols.

• Practicing the Tera-Mai TM Reiki II initiation in absentee healing

and then each initiate will practice the Tera-Mai TM Reiki II initiation three

times on different classmates.


Second day

• begins with the group sitting in a circle. The guided meditation has a definite

'Egyptian flavour' to it. It is a variation of the guided meditation that is on the

back of the second edition of Journey to Sacred Mountain.

• Initiations into YOD, the Violet Flame (also learning how to work with the

angels of the Violet Fire on a different level) and the Order of Melchizedek.

• Sharing experiences.

• Learn how to draw Halu. Then energize it with the breath and Cho Ku Rays

three times.

• 20-minute meditation whereby you see yourself clearly walking into the Halu

symbol and exploring it. If you wish to repeat a mantra to yourself while

doing this meditation, that is fine.

• Learn how to draw Dai Koo Mio and then practice the Tera-Mai TM Reiki

Mastership symbols combination with the breath three times. As the Dai Koo

Mio is not to be used in healing unless the healer wants to accept

responsibility for the healee's healing, we will send this initiation to different

animal species. Each initiate will practice the Tera-Mai TM Reiki Mastership

initiation three times on different classmates. The last time you will be on

your own with your partner. Please help one another.

• Time for questions.

Depending upon the needs and the size of the. group I sometimes include

one or more of the following exercises:

• Shamanic journey into the underworld.

• Past life regression.

• Atlantian Heart Chakra Meditation (There is an audio tape with this

meditation on it.) Group healing for planet.

• Runes - working with them and meditation with these symbols.

• Two classes wanted to do table tipping - so 1 leave myself flexible.


Reiki Breathing or Dragon's Breath: This is taught in sequential steps which allows the student(s) to see for

themselves how the energy changes with each addition.

Contractions:

• There are 2 contractions that are taught in the highest form of Yoga

and the Taoist Microcosmic Orbit.

1) The tip of the tongue is placed on the alveolar Ridge (just behind, but

not on the top front teeth.)

2) The Perineum (which is located between the anus and the genitals) is

contracted by either pulling up on the anus or contracting the muscles

that control the flow of urine. (it is easier for a man to pull up on the

anus.)

• These contractions serve the purpose of locking your physical body

so that you can hold the initiation before you pass it onto the initiate.

• These contractions are held throughout the entire initiation

procedure; that is. from the time you begin initiating the first student

until you finish initiating the last student!

• Contracting the Perineum does not have to be a 'killer contraction'.

The physical body should not be uncomfortable for long periods of

time. You may want to build up these muscles by pulling very tightly,

holding for a few seconds and release the contraction gradually.

Think closed! When you think you are no longer holding the

contraction, relax entirely and see if there is an additional release.

Blue Kidney Breaths:

• While you are doing the contractions, focus above your crown,

visualize cobalt blue and through your mouth breath it into your

kidneys. Hold it for a second and then breath white out of your mouth. Keeping the contractions on both the inhale and the exhale.

• Blue Kidney breath is done 3 times.


• The kidneys are one of 2 key energy centers in the human body (the

second is in the eyes). The blue kidney breaths prepare the

the initiator to Mother/Father God.

bundles and into the brain. This is not the initiator's kundalini rising! This is a Universal Initiation from God being carried through

the nerves. The nerves carry psychic and healing energy.

both hands and say them silently to yourself 3 times. Draw Harth and

say Harth to yourself 3 times. Breath out the golden symbols.

• Touch and feel what you created. What does the golden Harth feel

like? What do you see?

• We will then send this healing energy to a person, place or situation

on this planet allowing everything to be in divine order and for the

highest good of all concerned.

• We can send absentee healing to individuals without asking their

permission because they still have the freewill choice to either accept

or reject the healing energy. However, once they have rejected the

energy, we cannot send it to them again unless they do ask for

healing. If we draw symbols on an individual or their photograph

without asking their permission, we have violated their freewill choice.

• People have a negative experience with a symbol when that symbol

has brought up their own "stuff" and they refuse to look at it. If the

healer is powerful enough, the symbol(s) will persistently ask the

individual to look at their own issues so healing can transpire, which is

why they came to the healer in the first place. If most people have a

positive experience with a particular symbol, then rather than blaming

the symbol, the healee needs to look within.


These are the symbols - Cho Ku Rays & Harth - and procedure for the Tera-Mai TM Reiki I Initiation.

• All healing energy comes from God. Universal initiations are possible

because the initiator has been attuned and knows the initiation

procedure. S/he calls in the ascended beings and angels, who are the

ones who do the initiating. The initiation is brought into the initiator's

crown chakra, resonates within the initiator because s/he carries the

attunement, and is then passed onto the initiate. Universal initiations

are clearly evidenced by the healings that the initiate is able to

facilitate afterwards.

• Symbols like everything else, come from God and have a

consciousness. Certain symbols form a Universal pattern or key that

opens the initiate to a portal which connects him/her to a Universal ray

of healing. Not all symbols are initiation symbols. When a symbol is

made to be a symbol of initiation, it will at some point struggle to

regain its own consciousness or integrity. When it does, there is a

period of confusion and the initiation and the healing ray leaves.

Intention is a factor in everything we do; however, if intention were all

that was required in doing Reiki or any other initiations, we would all

now be healing the way Jesus did.

• Some initiations that people have added onto, or subtracted from, or

altered actually close the crown chakra, and this phenomenon can be

doused. For anyone who still thinks that any initiation works, that the

initiation occurs because of man's intention, try this version. (Although

repetition can cause severe headaches): Begin with the contractions

and do the 3 blue kidney breaths. Next stop is to focus on the root

chakra, bring the energy up the spine and into the brain. Brain

changes colours. Draw the symbols (to be consistent draw Cho Ku

Rays and Harth) and blow them out in front of you. Touch and feel

what you have created. Nothing!


• The Reiki Lineage you received and hand out is in fact a contract

stating that the Reiki initiation and knowledge of how to do these

initiations that is being passed on is the same knowledge and

empowerment as that which Takata received from Dr. Usui unless it

has been clearly and previously stated otherwise. I was ethically and

legally obligated to tell people that what I was teaching them had been

added onto and why. Everyone who has been reinitiated into the

missing Reiki symbols & attunement procedure Sai Baba retrieved

from the inner planes (which was added onto the already existing

Reiki Alliance initiation) has experienced both an increase in energy

and noticed a difference in the healings that they are facilitating. That

is the bottom line consideration in taking any class or initiation! All

symbols, like everything else, have energy; it's what effect the

initiation has in healing that counts!

• In the summer of 1995 Sai Baba spoke in front of a huge gathering.

When asked about Marcy and myself, he responded: 9 have

meditated upon this. It was not me who worked with Marcy and

Kathleen, but another Higher Being." That is an endorsement for

Tera-Mai TM! The fact that Marcy and I both thought the being who

originally came to us dressed in orange with an Afro haircut was Sai

Baba was because Sai Baba had repeatedly stated: "When you see

an image that looks like me, it is me." When i heard what Sai Baba

had said before this group, the being in the orange robes appeared

once again. This time my statement was more complete: “In Divine

Truth, in Divine Truth, in Divine Truth, you are Shri Satya Sai Baba!?”

The image changed to a thinner man with less hair and dressed in

yellow robes. It does not matter who this Higher Being is. What does

matter is that the Tera-Mai TM initiations are evidenced by the healing

that the initiates are able to do.

• Alliance Reiki initiations: Takata taught most Reiki Mastership initiates

the breathing and they were all taught the contractions. Tongue on the


alveolar ridge and contracting the perineum helps to contain the

energy from Source which you draw in through the open crown before

you transfer it. These are the same contractions men use to keep

from coming too soon during intercourse. (What is true on one level

has corresponding truth on others.) Tongue on the roof of the mouth

serves another purpose entirely. No emphasis is made on the order in

which the initiation points are to be attuned at each level. (The Higher

Being told me that each initiation should begin at the crown - my story

of working with him and how this is possible is also in the book.)

Reiki I: Counterclockwise Cho Ku Ray only at the crown, 3rd eye, throat

and crown. (I feel that this is why some people feel that the Reiki initiation

is not balanced.)

Reiki II: Counterclockwise Cho Ku Ray & Say Hey Key in the palm of one hand

only, and Say Hey Key at the crown.

Reiki III: Dai Koo Mio over the crown and Hon Sha Za Sho Nen down the spine.

(While there are numerous versions of Hon She Za Sho Nen, Takata gave out

only 2 versions of the Dai Koo Mio which have survived stroke for stroke in their

original form. The one you were given has consistently been doused and

confirmed to be the one that transfers more healing energy to the initiate.

• Ceremony: While some initiators ask the initiate to drink lemon water prior to

the initiation, or set out copper bowls filled with spring water and clear

crystals during the initiation, or use rose petals, or work from the center of a

medicine wheel, or use essential oils or sacred ash beforehand, and that

rebirthers often do a rebirthing session beforehand, etc., that these are all

nice touches which add to the ceremony and can be done, but they are not

necessary. The reason I stopped using Indian sacred ash before the

initiations (even though I have some) is because some people thought that

this had to be done or they couldn't initiate Reiki.


Tera-Mai TM Attunement Procedures: Prior to giving altunements:

• Drink water.

• Place students in a circle with their backs to one another. (Give

yourself enough room so that you can move around to the front of

each initiate people often move their chairs before they sit down.)

• If you have Indian Ash and wish to use it: Have your students take

the tip of their finger, dip it into the ash and put it on the tip of their

tongue. You anoint their foreheads with your third or ring finger. The

ash is drawn across their third eye from their right to left (which

would be left to right for you).

• Call upon Spiritual Forces (Tibetan Masters, Dr. Usui, etc.).

Journey to Sacred Mountain has one way of calling higher forces

in.

• Lead the meditation in preparation for the initiation.

Attunement Procedure:

• Contract the Hui Yin (Perineumy and pace the tip of the tongue

on the Alveolar Ridge (hold throughout the initiations).

• The crown chakra is always the first initiation point in each of the

Tera-Mai TM initiations. Stand behind the initiate and place your

hands upon their shoulders. Focus on your crown. For the

crown initiation only, take 3 blue kidney breaths in through your

mouth and breathe out white. Focus on your crown, see the

white mist and breathe it all the way down to the root chakra.

Hold your breath! The white light comes up through the nerve

bundles in your spine and into your brain. Your brain turns

white, blue, purple and gold. Take your hands off of the initiate's

shoulders and draw the symbols of initiation over the crown.

(Note that you are making a triangle with you hands - The

Ascended Beings who are doing the initiation create a bridge of


triangles that go all the way up to God.) Keep your eyes open so

as not to hit the initiate on the head. Tap the initiate on the

shoulder, and they move their hands into prayer position over

their heads. Open the palms of their hands, blow the symbols in

(keeping your elbows up - parallel to the floor this opens the

chakras underneath your arms and your body is imitating earth's

vertical and horizontal lay lines), begin to breath normally

through your nose, place their hands back together in prayer

position, and clap the outsides of their hands (sealing the

energy in).

• Place your thumbs on the occipital ridge, lift and visualize (do

not draw) HUNG and silently repeat the mantra, OM BENZA

SATTO HUNG

• Still breathing normally and keeping the contractions draw the

symbols at the next initiation point. Take a deep breath, tap the

initiate on the shoulders, they lift their hands in prayer position

over the initiation point, blow in the symbols, fold their hands

and clap the outsides of their hands.

• OM BENZA SATTO HUNG is the mantra of Vajrasattwa, the

Bodhisattva. Its main use is for purification of negativities.

• Standing behind the initiate, place your thumbs on the occipital

ridge, lift and visualize the Sanskrit Om and say OM three times

to yourself.

• Continue using the Sanskrit Om after the other points of

initiation.

Tera-Mai TM Reiki I:

• Cho Ku Rays and Harth at the crown, third eye, throat and heart.

• HUNG is used for sealing after the crown. Sanskrit Om can be used after

each initiation of the third eye, throat and heart. Or you may do all three

initiations and then seal with the Sanskrit Om.


Tera-Mai TM Reiki II

• Say Hey Key, Cho Ku Rays and Harth at the crown and in the palms of both

hands.

• Hon Sha Za Sho Nen, Cho Ku Rays and Zonar down the spine is not an

initiation, it helps the initiate to work through their karma.

• Cho Ku Rays and Mara at the soles of the feet to open the initiate to the

blue electromagnetic energy of the Earth Mother. This blue and the golden

energy of elemental earth healing join to form an additional column of green

healing energy. Archangel Raphael is the guardian, although all Higher

Beings work with this healing energy.

• HUNG after crown. Sanskrit OM after other points.

• There is a story of how Buddha wrestled with the demon Mara. I know that

Buddha's later, followers also changed or reworded his true teachings.

Furthermore, Lucifer means light, but we still use the word light in a positive

sense. The other thing I find very interesting Is that Mara is very similar to

both Mary and Maria. The symbol Mara as described in my book is a gentle,

electromagnetic, blue, healing energy from Mother Earth that aids in healing,

grounding and manifesting abundance. Nowhere in any version of any bible

has the devil ever been credited with healing anyone!!! Healing and creating

self-empowerment through the right use of power and wealth is not in the

devil's best interest.

Tera-Mai TM Reiki Ill or Mastership:

• Dai Koo Mio, Cho Ku Rays and Halu at the Crown, Spine and in the palms

of both hands.

• Tibetan OM after crown. Sanskrit OM after other points.

• Cho Ku Rays and other symbols can be punched after drawing them to

energize them.

• The colors and symbols fill the etheric triangles. The addition of symbols

cause the pyramids to shatter. Leaving out symbols creates a void and an

opening for something else to come in.


• An initiation should be exactly the same for everyone who receives it - even

the manner in which the symbols are drawn should be identical. In the

healing process we have the opportunity to experiment and try different

ways of drawing symbols and different symbol combinations.

• The procedure gives you enough to think about so that your concentration is

on the initiate.

• The contractions, breathing and drawing symbols is an initiation procedure

which opens the initiate to the golden elemental earth healing ray. It also

initiates a healing cleansing cycle. This initiation procedure is not appropriate for heating directly on the human body; however, the

contractions, breathing and drawing symbols can be used in absentee

healing.

• The initiation is not an end in itself it is a seed that is planted. For example,

when you buy a horse, you get to know and understand it. You may take

riding lessons or learn new methods of caring for the horse. If you abuse or

ignore your horse, you will have a disaster or loose him.

Is actually the first initiation into the Egyptian Cartouche. Whereas Reiki, Sakara, Celestial Starfire and Angeliclight are healing rays that emanate from

God/Goddess, the Egyptian Cartouche is a personal initiation to awaken the

qualities inherent in the human soul. The initiations help to reconnect the

"Rainbow Bridge"; that is, to re-establish the connection between the heart, third

eye, soul star and Soul

(Alice Bailey).

The "O” is drawn as a diamond and is symbolic of the Light Body. The large

sweeping line symbolizes the hands of God into which the Arch of the Covenant

is flowing.

This is a key to unlock the full potential of the Reiki Ray. Each of the rays found

in the Sutras has its own Dai Koo, Mio or key.

Takata actually gave out 2 different versions of Dai Koo Mio for Reiki. The other

actually has the same strokes, it is drawn in a jesturely way as opposed to the

linear lines of this one. Both have been doused to see which is actually more

powerful. This is the one. It is actually more like the Dai Koo Mios that the White

Brotherhood and Sai Baba gave me for Sakara and Celestial Starfire.

Use only for initiations into Reiki Mastership.


For Sealing the Occipital Ridge. 1) Use the symbol HUNG and repeat the mantra OM BENZA SATTO HUNG 3

times while you are lifting up on the occipital ridge after initiating the crown for

Tera-Mai TM levels one and two.

2) Use the Tibetan Om and repeat OM 3 times while lifting the occipital ridge

after initiating the crown for Tera-Mai TM level three (Mastership).

3) Use the Sanskrit Om and repeat OM 3 times while lifting the occipital .ridge

after initiating any other points.

OM (Body), AH (speech) and HUNG (mind - which is at the heart center).

OM BENZA SATTO HUNG is the mantra of Vajrasattva the Bodhisattva. Its main

use is for purification of negativities.

Tibetan OM represents the body of all Buddhas. The wisdom of equanimity.

HUNG purifies the veil that covers knowledge. Represents the mind of all

Buddhas.

Tera-Mai TM Reiki Initiations. You have been drinking water, you called in the energy (guides, angels, higher

forces) and you meditated. If you do these steps with your students you will

prepare them for the initiation and give them a good start for the 21-day

cleansing cycle.

If you have a group, they are in a circle with their backs to one another.

If you are initiating one person, go through the entire process 3 times.

Place your hands on the initiate's shoulders. Contract the perineum and place

the tip of your tongue on the aveolar ridge (immediately behind your front teeth).

Through your mouth, breathe cobalt blue into your kidneys and when you exhale

out through your mouth, breathe out white. Repeat for a total of 3 times keeping

the contractions throughout.

Focus above your crown and see the white light or white mist cloud - breathe it

all of the way down through the central canal to the root chakra. Hold your

breath. The energy comes up through the nerve bundles of the spine. Your brain

turns white, cobalt blue, royal purple and gold. Keep holding your breath.

Tera-Mai TM Reiki I: Over the crown with the coned fingers of both hands draw Cho Ku Rays

clockwise and counter clockwise and say Cho Ku Ray 3 times to yourself - you

can punch the Cho Ku Rays or the other symbols with your coned fingers after

you draw them.

Draw Harth and say Harth 3 times to yourself.

Tap the initiate on the shoulder.

They raise their hands in prayer position over the head.

Open the palms, your elbows are up (opens the chakras under your arms, and

your body repeats the horizontal and vertical ley lines of the earth). Breathe the

energy into the palms of the initiate. (Begin breathing normally and continue

breathing normally for the remainder of the initiation. but keep the contractions.)

Place their hands together and clap the outsides of their hands to seal in the

energy.


Place your thumbs on the occipital ridge, lift and visualize HUNG and say OM

BENZA SATTO HUNG to yourself 3 times.

Walk around to the front of the initiate.

Draw the same symbols and repeat them 3 times to yourself over the 3rd eye.

Take a deep breath and tap the initiate on the shoulder. They lift their hands in

prayer position over their 3rd eye. Open their palms, your elbows are up and

breathe the energy into the palms. Place their hands together and clap the

outside.

Repeat the same procedure you just did for the 3rd eye over the throat and

heart. Walk around to the back of the initiate. Place your thumbs on the occipital

lobe. Visualize the Sanskrit OM and say OM to yourself 3 times.

Tera-Mai TM Reiki II: Over the crown draw Say Hay Key, Cho Ku Rays and Harth saying the

symbols each 3 times to yourself. Tap, blow and clap.

Place your thumbs on the occipital ridge, lift and visualize HUNG and say OM

BENZA SATTO HUNG to yourself 3 times.

Keeping the contractions and breathing normally, walk around to the front of the

initiate.

Draw the same symbols into the palms of one of the hands and repeat them 3

times to yourself. Blow and clap.

Repeat the same procedure in the other palm.

Then at the sole of one of the feet draw Cho Ku Rays and Mara repeating the

names 3 times to yourself. Take a breath and breathe into the sole of the foot.

Click your fingers over the chakra.

Repeat for the sole of the other foot.

Walk around to the back of the initiate. Place your thumbs on the occipital lobe.

Visualize the Sanskrit OM and say OM to yourself 3 times.

(Hon Sha Za Sho Nen and Zonar down the spine are optional.)

Tera-Mai TM Reiki III or Mastership: Over the crown draw Dai Koo Mio, Cho Ku Rays and Halu and say them each

3 times to yourself. Tap, blow and clap.


Place your thumbs on the occipital ridge, lift and visualize the Tibetan OM and

say OM to yourself 3 times.

Draw the same symbols down the spine. Take a deep breath. Tap the initiate on

the shoulder. They raise their hands in prayer position over the head. Blow and

clap.

Thumbs on the occipital ridge, lift and visualize the Sanskrit OM and say OM to

yourself 3 times.

Walk around to the front of the initiate.

Draw the same symbols and repeat them 3 times in the palm of one of the

hands. Take a breath and breathe the energy into the palm and clap.

Repeat the same procedure in the other palm.

Walk around to the back of the initiate. Place your thumbs on the occipital lobe.

Visualize the Sanskrit OM and say OM to yourself 3 times.

The Water Ceremony

This ritual is not a part of Reiki, however it can serve as a conscious rite of

transmutation (changing water into energized or healing water) through subtle

energies. Colour, sound, breath, symbols and visualization alters the vibration of

the water. If you do not want to lead a meditation prior to doing the Reiki

Mastership initiation, you may want to try this.

Sitting in a circle, everyone holds a glass of water (palms on the sides of the

glass, fingertips, but not thumbs touching). Hold the cup at the Solar Plexus

level. Contract the Hui Yin and place your tongue on the Alveolar Ridge.

Through your mouth breath White Light into your kidneys and allow the light to

turn sapphire blue. Exhale forcefully so that you make a hissing sound. As you

do this, visualize the colour blue as a mist passing from your breath into the

water. Do this 3 times. After each visualization, pass the glass you are holding.

to the person on your right. Repeat.

The water is blue, the glass is blue, your breath is blue, the spirit is blue.

Before you drink the water, you may draw both Cho Ku Rays horizontally over

the rim of the glass and repeat,

“I exorcise thee, oh Sui Ching (Spirit of Water), to receive the Divine benediction

of fire; that as I partake of this water, so shall I receive the Divine Benediction of

Fire. I declare this to be true and so in the name of the Holy of Holys, so be it

and so it is."

Draw the Cho Ku Rays vertically over the cup and drink all of the water.


This exercise will change the molecular vibration of the water, sometimes

imparting a slightly different taste to the water. If you choose, fresh lemon juice

may be added to the water. Lemon water helps to cut the mucus in the system,

and adds electrolytes which enhance the subtle energy flow.

IAVA (pronounced EE-AH-VAH):

The lava Power Symbol is drawn in 2 continuous lines. First by inscribing

the cosmic wave crest from top to bottom and saying "lava" with each of

the 3 loops of the wave crest. The second line starts at the top of crest

and curves down to join and touch the second half of the wave crest.

Then move up and draw the 4 loops in a continuous line between the

wave crest and the arch above it, which represent earth, water, wind


and fire. The words "Earth, water, wind and fire” should be said aloud as

the four loops are drawn.

Do not use in healing. This symbol is only to be used by fullv initiated Reiki Masters for planetary healing only.

Mother Earth is always willing and eager to receive any healing you send

her. However, when you join with a group, your energy as well as that of

the group, is intensified and magnified. There is a group that meditates

for world peace everyday at noon. Since you need to practice you

breathing everyday, this is one way in which you can do it. And again, 3

is the magic number. If you can, send the set of 4 symbols 3 times at

noon.

Other Things to do in Reiki II Classes Put a glass of water in the center of the circle. One person thinks of somebody

who needs healing. Everyone draws and sends symbols towards the glass of

water. The student who knows the individual then drinks the water, and the

individual will get it. .

Send healing one by one to the students in the class either as they sit in the

circle, or have them go to another room. In this way they will experience what it

is like to have energy sent to them in this manner.

Draw a triangle on a piece of paper (if you can, red ink on yellow paper is both

powerful and lucky). In the lower left hand corner write the individual's name. In

the lower right hand corner write the situation. At the top of the triangle write the

desired outcome (add the words: this or something better). If you do not know

of or wish to put a desired outcome (which may be wise), write the words: in Divine Order and for the highest good of all concerned. Then empower the

triangle with Cho Ku Rays and one of the symbols. The students can either take

the paper home with them and continue to energize and work with it, or collect all

of the triangle and put them into a basket. Whenever you meditate, hold a class

or meet with a group the, triangles will automatically be energized. Every so

often you may wish to have a ceremony and burn them, perhaps on a new or full

moon.

You can send symbols to a picture of an individual. Again, their higher self has

the free will choice of either accepting or rejecting the energy. I would not draw

the symbols directly on the picture unless I had their permission.


As neither time nor space exist as we know it (Einstein proved this to be true), it

is possible to invite people (in body or not) into the circle for healing. Besides

sending symbols into the centre of the circle, the same techniques that you use

in Reiki I can be used. For example, you can pull off negativity and fill the void

with Light. You can also do a planetary healing and invite Mother Earth into the

centre; send her symbols, pull off the negativity and fill her with Light and Love.

As a group healing empower Motor with Cho Ku Rays (3 times). Everyone

breathes in the symbols and feels, sees or knows that the squiggly is catching

the virus. Then draw Zanon (same symbol but a different name) and both Cho Ku Rays. Feel, see or watch the polarity of the symbol change and leave your

body, taking the virus with it.

Feel, see or know that the individual needing a healing is your upper thigh. Do

hands-on healing on your own thigh, and the individual will get it. You can use

your left thigh as the top and right thigh as the back of the individual.


Reiki II Class Agenda Sequence for teaching Reiki symbols: This is done so that students may have first hand experience in comprehending

how symbols work and how they are empowered.

After the third combination of symbols is drawn I teach them the secret of the

Rune Masters; that is, after drawing their symbols, they drew in the energy with

their left hand and arm and make it manifest with their right. To do this, the left

arm is up with unbent wrist and elbow; the right is down with the palm of the hand

horizontal to the floor. This is the way the Magician stands in the Tarot.

Throughout the remainder of the class each student has the option of continuing


to send the symbols in this manner, to go back to holding their hands out towards

the centre of the circle, or to go back and forth between the two methods.

Next, one at a time, students will pick someone who comes to mind who is in

need of mental healing. Together the group will draw the symbols and send it to

the individual. The individual group members will share one at a time. (You are

also starting to give them practice on how to do readings.)

Draw Cho Ku Ray clockwise,

Same process, one at a time, students will pick someone who is in need of past

life healing. Group draws and sends symbols together. Share (What is it you

saw, felt or know was happening).

The Cho Ku Rays are always put in the beginning so that the only thing that

changes is the symbol at the end; thus allowing the student to experience Say Ha Key, Zonar, etc.

Afterwards, you may want to go back to different symbols and change the order.

For example, draw Say Ha Key & Cho Ku Ray clockwise and counter

clockwise.

Or "sandwich" a symbol between 2 sets of Cho Ku Rays.


Or draw Hon Sha Za Sho Nen, Cho Ku Ray clockwise& counter clockwise, and

Zonar.

In the class you can empower the symbols from the Runes or the Egyptian

Cartouche with the Cho Ku Rays (since they will empower other symbols. Just

Yod Initiation is drawn over the crown and blown into the front heart chakra.

Begin by calling in the priests and priestesses of ancient Egypt

and Atlantis.

Call upon Father God, "Rama", 3 times.

Call upon Mother God, “Mara", 3 times.

You can lead initiate on an 'Egyptian-type meditation'.

The initiate is sitting down. Stand in front of the initiate.

• do the 3 blue kidney breaths and while you are breathing, begin

to see the word Yod with the "O" and "D" as diamonds over

their crown chakra and move your hands over the shape of the

symbol that you see.

• do the white mist breath just as you do for the Reiki initiations.

• hold your breath and over the crown draw YOD, both Cho Ku Rays and then the Egyptian symbol.

• pick the symbols up with your hands and move them down to

the heart. chakra.

• move their hands over their heart chakra, open their palms and

blow the symbols in.

• clap the outside of their hands.

This is the first initiation into ancient archetypal constructs, and

connects the initiate to these higher thought patterns. People who

do readings (and it doesn't matter if it is astrology, tarot,

channeling, etc.) are able to divine more accurate information

even immediately after the initiation.



Initiating Reiki Over the Telephone: I get the individual into an altered state and call in the Higher Forces.

I see myself in my mind's eye and hold onto the telephone cord with both hands.

If I am doing Reiki Mastership, I begin with Reiki I. I ask the initiate to focus on their crown chakra.

I do the kidney breathing, the white mist breath, the energy comes up my spine

and my brain turns white, cobalt blue, royal purple and gold. While I am watching

myself in my mind's eye, with my physical hands, I draw Cho Ku Rays and

Harth (saying each symbol 3X in my mind). I blow and click my fingers while I am

watching myself blow the symbols into a pair of hands and then clapping the

outsides of the hands.

I am breathing normally. With my physical hands, I lift upwards while I am

watching myself lift on the occipital ridge and at the same time I visualize HUNG

and repeat to myself OM BENZA SATO HUNG.

I ask the initiate to focus on their third eye.

While I am watching myself in my mind's eye, with my physical hands, I draw

Cho Ku Rays and Harth (saying each symbol 3X in my mind). I blow and click

my fingers while I am watching myself blow the symbols into a pair of hands and

then clapping the outsides of the hands.

I ask the initiate to focus on their throat. While I am watching myself in my mind's

eye, with my physical hands, I draw Cho Ku Rays and Harth (saying each

symbol 3X in my mind). I blow and click my fingers while I am watching myself

blow the symbols into a pair of hands and then clapping the outsides of the

hands.

I ask the initiate to focus on their heart chakra. While I am watching myself in my

mind's eye, with my physical hands, I draw Cho Ku Rays and Harth (saying

each symbol 3X in my mind). I blow and click my fingers while I am watching

myself blow the symbols into a pair of hands and then clapping the outsides of

the hands. With my physical hands, I lift upwards while I am watching myself lift


on the occipital ridge and at the same time I visualize the Sanskrit OM and

repeat OM 3X to myself.

I may pause and ask them if they can feel the energy,

I tell the initiate that it is time for Reiki II and

to focus at their crown chakra.

I continue as above using the symbols for Reiki II.

HUNG seals after the crown and the Sanskrit OM seals after the palms of the

hands and the soles of the feet.

I may pause and call their attention to the electromagnetic blue ray that is

coming up through their feet.

Then I call their attention to how the golden Reiki ray and the electromagnetic

blue ray combine to form a third green healing ray.

Reiki Mastership is the same as above but with the third degree symbols.

The Tibetan OM seals after the crown and the Sanskrit OM seals after the

spine and the palms of the hands.

I am now only doing reinitiations for my students, their students and those Reiki

Masters who contact me saying that they have read my book, knew that it was

Truth and want to be able to do the Tera-MaiTM initiations. I do not advertise that

I do this. My suggestion would be to try the Reiki I initiation on a friend who has

never been initiated into Reiki. They should not only feel an energy transfer, but

they should be able to facilitate healings without giving of their own energy!


Initiation in the Order of Melchizedik. Have everyone stand in a circle.

Usually works best with 7 or less people as the stack of hands should be lined

up and perpendicular to the earth plane, and if you have more people, the stack

begins to curve. If you have more than 7 people, do the initiation in 2 or more

groups.

You begin. Place your right hand in the middle of the circle palm down. The

person to your left places their right hand (palm down) on top of yours. Continue

clockwise until you have gone around the circle until it comes back to you.

You skip your turn. The person to your left places their left hand, palm down, on

top of the stack of hands. Continue clockwise until you have gone around the

circle until it comes back to you. Place your left hand on top of the stack, palm

down.

Call upon the priests and priestesses of the Order of Melchizedik, the fathers of

Abraham, and the ancient ones to initiate the group. People will have a heady

feeling, like being inside of a space ship. With your voice call their attention to

this fact. They will also have a sensation in their legs, this is the energy being

grounded. Call their attention to this. If anyone is not ready for the initiation there

will be a hole in the spaceship.

When the initiation is complete say,

“it is done”

and have everyone take a step back. Go around the circle. Place your hands on

their shoulders and say,

"Mary, thou art a priestess after the Order of Melchizedik forever." or "Tom, thou

art a priest after the Order of Melchizedik forever.*


I do this even for the people whom I know who didn't get it because I do not want

to embarrass them. They usually know if they don't get it.

This initiation connects the initiate to the Divine plan for planet earth and to the

masters called in to do the initiations. It allows healing energy to run smoother

through the healer in part because this initiation affects the nerves directly.

It helps to ground heating energy and the healings. It gives a foundation for all of

the healing work a healer does.
