This summer, make Tenth Street Residence in Historic Nelson, B.C. your first choice for quality budget accommodations in a fabulous setting. We welcome individuals and groups for both short and long term stays.
Nestled in the picturesque Selkirk Mountains overlooking the
beautiful West Arm of Kootenay Lake, Tenth Street Residence is
literally minutes away from The Burlington Northern Santa Fe
Walking/Biking trail. While residence is secluded from traffic it is
within walking distance of the lake, parks, recreational facilities,
hospital & shopping. Historic Baker Street in downtown Nelson
boasts a unique shopping experience, wonderful restaurants
& coffee shops providing a cultural culinary experience.
Nelson has been dubbed the ‘best little arts town in
Canada’ and it lives up to its name; take a walk downtown
and you’ll be treated to an eclectic mix of local Artisans,
Crafters & Buskers displaying their talents or take a ride
along the lake on the fully restored Streetcar #23.
Additionally you’ll discover some of the world’s finest
mountain biking & hiking experiences. There are also
incredible opportunities for fishing, swimming, canoeing,
sailing, kayaking & mountain or rock climbing. The area is a
golfing paradise with many gorgeous mountain courses to
choose from. Imagine spending the morning hiking a glacier
and the afternoon relaxing at the beach – this is Nelson. Be

Residence AmenitiesGuests will enjoy clean, attractive, comfortable facilities. Guests
may choose between:
• Co-ed dorm rooms each equipped with single bed, mini
fridge & microwave. Dorm units share a common kitchen,
bathroom and complimentary washer/dryers.
• 3 bedroom pods; each unit has 3 bdrms (single bed),
2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry.
• 5 bedroom pod; each unit has 5 bdrms (single beds) 3
bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry.
Guests also have access to modern conference and meeting
rooms, free WIFI, T.V. lounge, games room with pool table, table
tennis & foosball. Parking is free and readily available and many
rooms have private outside access.
FULL SERVICE: includes bed linens & towels, housekeeping service every 3 days. Check-in is 3:00pm. Rates are subject to applicable taxes. Reservations required. *Weekly, monthly and group rates (10 people or more). $250 refundable damage deposit is required on all stays.
