Features

TensorIoT on AWSRubix is an IoT and ML solution that leverages AWS services in order to help customers rapidly connect and manage their device fleet in the cloud, where that data can be used to derive business insights. The use of services like AWS Greengrass and AWS IoT Core ensure the security and scalability of the solution. Once the data is in the cloud, it can then be integrated with a variety of AWS services to drive business value, from BI Visualizations through AWS Quicksight to alerting through Amazon Pinpoint to Machine Learning Insights with AWS SageMaker.

Serverless and Full Featured Out of the BoxThe Rubix Platform is built on AWS Serverless technologies which makes it easy to

scale and operate. The solution is full-featured out-of-the-box, enabling customers

to get started right away. Rubix comes with provisioning, whitelisting, bulk

provisioning, device type creation, flexible device library, alerts and notifications,

command and control, and a next gen UI.

Open Integration and Full Data AccessRubix is built on industry-standard, micro-services architecture that provides easy

and open integration with existing systems in order to ingest or export data or

outcomes. Customers also have full access to their data to perform any custom

reporting or analytics using the reporting tool of their choice.

ChallengesScalable device management, real-time alerting, intermittent connectivity, unplanned downtime.

Solution• Multi-tenant, multi-user IoT

platform• Rapid deployment designed for

AWS IoT infrastructure • Customizable dashboards and

alerting• Out-of-the-box integration with

AWS ML stack.

Results

The pilot implementation in the AZ plant improved output by 5% in the first month just by providing visibility and no changes to the scheduling. Reliance is now standardizing the asset model across their sites to expand the deployment.
