SUMMARY : DETERMINATION OF RESPONSIVENESS
*ll the bidders included in their submissions details of similar wor's performed within the
last three years pursuant to clause @.! (c) of the >nstruction to Bidders section of the tender
document.
:T; &ngineering included information on the installation and repairs to reefer plugs
performed under a contract at the 6ingston Container Terminal o%er the past ! years.
This satisfied the re#uirement of the tender document.
The other bidders included information on contracts performed within the last three
years howe%er none of the contracts included the installation and maintenance of
reefer plugs. This was anticipated since the local use of reefer plugs is uni#ue to the
operation at the 6ingston and Montego Container Terminals and only contractors
pre%iously contracted to one of these locations would ha%e been exposed to the
installation of these plugs.
