    TENDER OF ISSUECOMES HERE NOW, Plaintiff, William Duff, to show cause why this court should proceed withexecuting the orders, judgments and decrees issued in this case, to wit;

    Defendants, through their attorney; Assistant Attorney General: Emily A Dodge, have failed in areasonable time to support their Statutory claims and decisional law ofjurisdiction and of plaintiff slack of standing respecting plaintiffs property taken by defendants, with a body of evidence that fullycomprehends plaintiffs proven exclusions filed in this case, in that;

    Whereas, defendants have failed to answer within a timely manner, andWhereas, If defendants, out of time, motions to dismiss, (claiming muni jurisdiction and claimingreplevin not available), were to be construed as answer to this action, both were supported by statutesand case law not applicable to the instant subject matter in that both, the statutes and case law, weresupported by claims of authority and/or elements of contractual relationships and are based upon anunseen body of evidence that is not present upon the record of this case and should be ignored as beingnon responsive, and;Whereas, all parties, were given additional time to show cause why the orders, judgments and decreesof this court should not take effect or should be modified, and;
